🆘🆘Went shopping there tonight and thank god for the poor girl Leanne at the counter!! She is a very hard worker, not only is she seven months pregnant (her words), I don’t think she ever left that counter the whole time I was there and that was a long time! Not saying the other women working weren’t working, but one male in particular I think his name started with a “J” a taller young gentleman, at the front counter Wasn’t worth a nickel and proceeded to walk away and leave her at the counter by herself to check multiple customers out, even looked and seen a line of customers and walked away from her to go put miscellaneous items back on the shelf that customers must’ve decided they didn’t want anymore that were piled up in a cart and told her he felt that that was more important‼️🤦‍♀️🫣 and then just left her to go converse with the security guard and laugh and carry on for at least 10 minutes while this poor girl was working so hard and all Big and pregnant! Kudos to you, Leanne you rocked tonight!!! not only did you rock checking me out you rocked with my return, you have awesome customer service skills. I don’t think you never not once didn’t have a smile on your face, and some of your coworkers hits the gentleman that his name begins with a J needs to take lessons from you, honey! More people need to be recognized for the good job they do especially in customer service as I know myself. It’s hard work and they don’t get recognized enough‼️‼️‼️ Burlington give this girl a raise for Pete’s sake!!!!!! ❤️she definitely deserves it!!! by the way the three stars are for Leanne. She made my shopping experience that much better...

It has changed quite a bit I think this was probably my last trip I've shopped Burlington for years and I've probably spent probably about a good 50 Grand over the last several years in there just buying up Furniture pieces and trying to furnish a whole home and buying clothing and shoes and socks and underwear and t-shirts and cologne and you name it the selection is picked over and in sparse to say the least then some girl who could not speak proper English kept coming on the intercom at the Main Street location in Columbus Ohio saying that this is not a daycare and you need to get your children and then she announced about 10 minutes before the store was closing that the line was long and that if you didn't make it to the register by the time the store close that you weren't getting waited on and so people at that point just started leaving their carts and walking out the store yeah I'm...

I love a good deal and for the most part, prices here are typically lower than say Marshall’s or TJ Maxx. But this particular location is just gross. The parking lot is a good indicator of the inside as there is just trash everywhere. Twice in less than an hour some kind of sharp pen got stuck in the sole of my shoe. Random trash on the floor, very little of the clothing is actually categorized by size even though there are dividers marking the sizes that are supposed to be in that particular section. It’s essentially like a thrift store where you have to dig and dig for the correct sizing. Who has time for that ? I had to try 4 different carts before I could find one that wasn’t obnoxiously loud or just broken. I had no issues with employees but good luck finding one to help you unless you are...
