This was the worst experience I have ever had at any burger King and store manager is being called this morning. We only went to this location because all other burger kings in our area close at 10pm and it was 10:15pm and their store is open until 11pm. First off we wanted to use 2 coupons and were informed use of only one coupon is permitted through the drive thru. So we split our order into two orders so both coupons could be honored. Next we order our food and tell them we would like "ORANGE HI C" for all of the drinks. After we finish ordering in a very rude tone we are told to pull to the second order where the same man who took my order now wants proof of the coupons. Perfectly fine by me although I already gave him the code. Now anyone who has used the app knows once a coupon is redeemed and you exit out of it, you can't go back and remember there are 2 coupons I am using. I exit out of the second coupon only to show him the coupon is there and that I can't reopen it. Now he wants the second coupon which was up on my phone when I pulled up to the window and now, because I tried to show him the first coupon, its no longer available but not only that it has disappeared from my "offers". This employee begins yelling at us because we can't access the coupon even after we had stated "nevermind we will just pay the regular price." Then we get our food first is our drinks (remember we ordered Orange Hi C) all if our drinks are Coca-Cola. No orange HiC whatsoever and I make a remark to the affect of "this is not what we ordered" only to get the reply "we only have Coca-Cola products in drive thru" so instead of informing us they didn't have HiC he just made the decision to serve my husband and myself and all three of my small children soda (which my kids are not allowed to have), then comes our food ( my word it couldn't get any worse, or could it? It could) so ordered a whopper made like a rodeo cheeseburger ( for those that don't know this was actually a burger that was a big deal back about 25 years ago that is a whopper with only cheese, onion rings and Barbecue sauce) so I get my whopper. It has cheese (check) and BBQ sauce (check) but what is this onion ring crumbs? Left over crud from the fryer? I don't know what it was but there was nothing on that sandwich that even remotely resembled an onion ring. Most of the comments made to the employee while waiting on food or even commenting about my sandwich were ignored until I finally said Were not moving until you take care of us. Still recieved cold soggy, nuggets, no sauce and no common practice of customer service. They also wore no gloves handling the food and no face coverings were in and I worked at Burger King about 8 years ago so I know gloves are always supposed to be used while handling food. Sorry for my rant and as I stated I will be calling the store manager and asking for a total refund and I will never go to this store again. Will try to update after the store GM is notified about our...
Read moreComment if you've ever gotten a milkshake from here. Brand new but still plagued with normal BK shortcomings. I've been here several times and the staff is usually above par and service is prompt. However I have yet to succeed in getting a milkshake at this location. The machine is ALWAYS not working and this is a brand new restaurant!?! Additionally the soda machine doesn't have a built-in ice maker so the staff has to load it. Several times now I have visited with no ice available in the dine in seating area. I don't know if this is a company or a franchise restaurant, but the top management seems to have consistently dropped the ball when it comes to delivering a top notch experience. The line staff is good despite the apparent lack of support from above to adequately solve or spend just a little more time following up on fixing problems. The milkshake issue seems to in part be a national problem as they story I get around the country is "it's broken". Upon further questions it seems the new machines are much more complicated and cleaning them is a hassle. My previous food service experience had these needing to be cleaned daily. Evidently that doesn't happen anymore which probably leads to food safety issues. Maybe not getting a shake has been a good thing? Either way I hope management finds a actual solution and follows through. Comment if you've gotten a shake or had...
Read moreLiterally the worst Burger King ever. We have been there a hand full of times since they opened and every single time something is wrong. Our visit today will be our last. Went through the drive thru. The women taking our order was very polite (which was a nice surprise for this location). She took our order and the screen was accurate so we pulled forward paid for our food. I checked the bag and surprisingly all of the items were in the bag (first time they didn’t forget an item). We get home, unwrap the burgers and both of them are wrong. We ordered one bacon king, they forgot the bacon and the cheese was missing. The other sandwich was supposed to have ketchup and mayo, it did not. I called and said I was coming back to have the sandwiches remade. The person I was speaking to on the phone asked that we come inside instead of through the drive thru. Went inside, it took them 12 minutes to remake ONE sandwich (because apparently forgetting ketchup and mayo is not enough to have the other sandwich remade) and they kept the receipt! Now, I can’t fill out a survey or anything so here I am. I would suggest going elsewhere if you want good food that is made the way you order it and if you don’t want to spend 10+ minutes waiting for that...
