Captain D's — Restaurant in Columbus

I have gone to Captain D's for years. About a year ago there was a younger girl working there that was rude to me on more than one occasion. I decided to stop going because of her. I did report it to the manager. Fast forward a year. I just started going to Captain D's again. Both times I went thru the drive thru. Now, there is a tall girl with long, black hair working the window. Tonight 11/1/2018 I went through the drive thru around 7:10 pm. When I pulled up to the window this same girl opened the window and asked me what kind of sauce. I gave her the money. She shoved the bag out the window without ever having said hi or thank you. She literally glared at me. I had to knock on the window because she had not given me my change back. I also did not receive a receipt. I never did get the receipt. I then checked my bag and she had not put the sauce I requested in there. I had to knock on the window to get her attention again. Once again she stuck the sauces out the window, glared at me, and slammed the window. The restaurant was not even busy. There were no cars behind me. Order their shrimp scampi with okra and a six-piece fried shrimp add-on through their drive-thru after waiting 20 minutes I finally get my food then I get across town to open the back I realize that they put the shrimp scampi in sideways so all of the food was in the bottom of the gross bag the okra was soaked in butter and there were hairs do out the food when I went to return the food the manager was hateful when I told him I did not want their food again I just had no appetite I wanted a refund because it was full of hair the older lady behind the counter started yelling at me trying to tell me there was no one with longer hair working there when hers was sloppily thrown out but piece of string around her face in a greasy mess actually I'm sure now it was her hair in my food because I insisted I want a refund she threatened to call the police on me I had not eaten at this restaurant in 6 years I went at a family suggestion the last time I hear six years ago I was serving fish with live worms in it stay away from Captain D's in Columbus and I'm calling the Health Department to...

This is one of favorite places to go. The service is amazing, the food is always good and the restaurant is always clean even when it is busy. The last time I went I wasn't very happy though. I went through drive thru so I could take it home and eat with my daughter who does not eat fish but loves their chicken. I ordered a 10 pc meal and asked if half could be fish and the other half chicken and they said absolutely. I pay, get the food and drive 20 minutes home to find out it was all fish. I called and they said we'll send you a couple of free meals but didn't specify what that meant exactly. Took my name and address and I've yet to see any compensation yet.
