Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Columbus

Jersey Mikes is my go-to quick eatery for cold subs. They are second to none, and this location is no exception. The meats are always fresh and delicious, with the abundant toppings selection and choice of bread to boot. Absolutely blows Subway out of the water.

The reason for the 4 stars is that the staff so often seems moody. While their service is great (they always make sure you get exactly what you want), and there are a couple friendly faces in there, most of the employees never smile through the entire order and seem very unhappy to be there. Maybe they're overworked or something, but it definitely can put a bit of a damper on an otherwise...

I didn't choose the gluten free life. It chose me, and I hate it. But JM has gluten free subs, and it's exactly what I need. They even have the option of making it separately from other wheat products for those with allergies. The only thing that I think is annoying is that they ask if gluten is an allergy or preferance. They should phrase it just as, "is it an allergy" alone without the preference. Because I'm not allergic, but I have sensitivities. So it's weird for me to consider it a preference to have a functioning digestive tract and not get hives. Just a little pet peeve. But they are the best place for...

Kinda a disappointed first time going to this location. While I usually go to Jersey Mikes a fair amount of times at my home town, I figured I would stop by this location to grab something quick to eat. Had to wait in line to grab my pick up order while it was ready for pick up behind the employees. Once I left and got to my destination, The sandwich was missing the Bacon and the whole sandwich overall was a bit sloppy, along with the wrong kind of chips. I really didn’t mind the chips being the wrong flavor, but was disappointed when there was no bacon on my sandwich. Probably wont go back to this location...
