Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Columbus

I will start by saying I love Jimmy John, me and my family look for Jimmy John when are out of town because we do not have one locally. With this said this is in my top 10 worst restaurants. It took the almost a hour to deliver to us and we where less than five minutes from store. When I called 50 min after order person on the phone was rude and a smart a** with me when I asked when the food would be delivered. I then drove to the store to see if I could pick up . But was told the sandwiches where not there . At this point I ask to talked with Manger and was told he was not there asked for corporate number and after 10 min was give it . I've never had a better experience with a company. Yesterday I got Jewd by Penn Station so I decided to give Jimmy John's a try today. They now have a hot menu. Got the Italian with extra lettuce extra onions Italian peppers and add pickles. My sandwich was made with love masterfully. Hit the spot that I needed after watching YouTube videos of subs 🤣 The delivery driver is the most generous and friendly dude. He's like The exemplification of someone who loves what they do and are proud to do it. Inside and out this establishment is the most well ran franchise establishment I have ever interacted with. This place is better than probably Subway could ever be. Their wrap was pretty good. I loved it was fresh, tasty, and had nice ingredients. Parking here is very limited due to it having a very small parking lot. I also got the chocolate chip cookie, which had lots of chocolate and was very soft and chewy. The staff was pretty nice to me when I walked in, even with it being pretty late at night when I walked in to pick up my mobile order. The place was clean and nicely organized when I walked in, unlike other places in the city AKA McDonald's. I would recommend five stars all...
