Update: Got breakfast here - it was okay.
I got breakfast toast. While the inital flavor profile is alright, its way too complicated on the palette and way too wet with all the sauces. At 10$ it was less tgan a lot of places would chsrge for the equivalent, though, which I appreciate. Id say it needs simplified.
You dont get a server here, you have to do the whole qr code thing. However, the coffee shows out of stock. So you have to go to the bar, in a line, to buy coffee. Add a note on the online menu or the table stuff please.

Inside Audobon park - large parking lot and bike rack .
Gone here a few times. The coffee I've been most excited about - the horchata- has said "coming soon" since opening. The paper stating such is sadly curling toward us to try and encourage the owners to actually do it.
Anyway the beer is great, food is okay. Need to offer bettet vegetarian options, and focus on simpler trail-inspired food (which has wonderful collab opportunities like Krema) instead of weird stuff like underwhelming ceviche.
Love the brews. Last visit, got a flight and left with a 4 pack and a growler. The parabolic wheat is a wonderfully gentle and crushable wheat thst has a subtle perfumey quality. Holiday Dan is a great nod tp the season, almost reading as a porter with its rich body and fall spices. My favorites were cozy lil guy and volcanology - a winter warmer and tiki sour respectively.
Lil guy is a lighter, crisper beer than the holdiay dan and boasts a brighter array of fall and winter spices. The tiki sour is one of the best takes Ive tried - I could swear there was rose water in it with how floral and perfumey it is.
Altogether a great place for beers. It may be okay as a meat eater, but I do not recommend for vegetarians. Hopefully they implement more...
Read moreThis place was an absolute delight. I had the Trail Break lager, and the small platea of Seared Scallops and Zanahorias.
Service was prompt and friendly, the resturant is clean and the patio is very nice with plenty of shade or sun depending on your preference.
But the food... my goodness it is good. I was a bit hesitant because bar and brewery fpod tends to be rather standard, so to see cevichi and scallops on the menu was a surprise. And boy, it was a good surprise. The seared scallops are AMAZING. The pea puree and the compote perfectly compliment the scallops without overpowering them. The zanahorias carrots are perfectly cooked and the spices they use are both fragrant and tastey.
Overall, I am beyond impressed and delighted by this find. There are also NA beers and vegitarian options.
Im excited to...
Read moreWe went to the brewery on a hot Saturday and ordered coffee online while checking out the menu. About 30 minutes later, we realized a big group that showed up after us already had drinks and food at their table—and we still had nothing.
I went up to the bar and told the bartender (the one with the lower back tattoo) that we’d ordered a while ago and still hadn’t gotten our coffee. She snapped, pointed at the drinks on the bar, and said they had just been made and hadn’t been sitting there long.
I told her I wasn’t accusing anyone of anything, just wanted them in to-go cups so we could head out. She stomped off and came back with two empty cups, slammed them on the counter, and left us to pour the drinks ourselves.
It was super rude and just bad service on an already hot, miserable day....
