Panera Bread — Restaurant in Columbus

Who really seals up a Panera Southwest chicken salad order and thinks this is what ANY southwest salad remotely looks like? It's missing the black beans, corn, salsa, pickled onions, the cilantro i was promised by the website... basically devoid of all flavor. Terrible quality control Panera. No Bueno. Without ANY toppings I really got to focus on how salty and bland Panera chicken really is, and it made me question my life choices, such as frequenting this glorified Arby's of a chain as often as I do for some inexplicable reason........ Also I'd expect much better design from a brand new building, but the dining room ambience is awful, everyone is coughing all over each other with low back booths, no privacy or distancing. Have we learned nothing about pandemics this year? But sadly I'll have to dine in, if I hate myself enough one day to go back to Panera, to make sure 40% of my salad, and 100% of the flavors, are...

The service at Panera Bread on Orion Place is borderline atrocious. There seems to be no standard for quality. The sandwiches are dry, the soup is cold, and they barely include enough dressing for the salads. To make matters worse, they left the chicken out of my apple chicken salad entirely. When I brought this up to the staff, their only response was, "I'm sorry to hear that. Did you still want to place an order?" The service has gotten so bad that I now feel the need to double-check everything. Today, it paid off—my order included a mangled piece of bread, and they forgot the extra condiment I paid for. The food at this location is sub par compared to others I have visited!!! This one appears to always be lacking staff, so expect either a long wait or your food thrown together, and definitely check your bag for accuracy!!! To make matters worst, you never know what to expect when coming here... Either the drive thru is open 1 day and the other it is not... WTW!!! Now you are forced to find parking, go inside to order via a weird kiosk, then afterwards treated with an attitude from staff whom ALWAYS seems to be frustrated!!! SERIOUSLY!!!
