When we walked in, I told them there would be a party of 7, with one in a wheelchair. The table at which we were placed had 6 places but a wheelchair would not have fit at the end of it, if they had intended for us to put the wheelchair at the end. They hadn't pulled away a chair to make room for a wheelchair, so I don't know what was their intention. When the rest of our party got there, we had to pull an extra table over for ourselves so everyone could sit down.
A few of their servers didn't show for work, which another server was happy to sit down at a table next to us and share with us. It took quite a while before we saw our server, but alas, finally she came back to our table to take our orders. The usual fare... burgers, fries, mac & cheese and of course, milkshakes.
Once the food FINALLY made it to us, all the fries were cold. Server remedied this by having three large dishes of fries made for our tables to share and brought them right out before they had a chance to get cold. However, my burger; bun, meat and all was ice cold. I just told the server to take it back and take it off the bill. I didn't want it remade. Everyone in my group would have been done eating before I got my food back. I'm not going to sit there and eat alone while everyone watches me eat.
Now through all this let me remind you, we still haven't received our milkshakes that were ordered BEFORE we ordered our food over 40 minutes ago. Nearly 50 minutes later, our food is gone and the table is cleared (because my daughter stacks the dishes after we eat because she doesn't like the clutter in front of her,) they finally bring the milkshakes to the table. Five of the seven members of our party got milkshakes and it took them nearly an hour, and getting them AFTER our dinner is DONE, to get them to the table. AND... one of the five was not the right kind...

Time was around midnight on a Saturday night:
On my first trip through the drive thru, I asked for x2 orders of chicken fingers and fries and a Frisco melt meal. Upon receiving my order, I briefly opened and checked my order but did not thoroughly inspect what I had received.
When I arrived home and began distributing the goods, I noticed the chicken fingers were not within the sack.
Back to the drive thru and waited behind five cars to inform the intercom exporter of my dilemma, she told me to pull around.
When I arrive at the window, I explained what had happened and the exporter was courteous and gladly replaced what I was not given initially. I had forgotten to pick up an extra order and asked if I could be compensated via one additional complimentary order of chicken fingers. The exporter closed the window and turned to ask her portly female manager for insight.
I could hear the manager through the window saying, "NO! I am not giving him any more for free!" and then she trailed off as she stamped across to the fryer where she grabbed me an order of fries. She brought it to the window and said, "Here!", as if she was indicating this would be all I would be receiving.
I inspected the bag and did not want the fries. Patiently I waited for someone to return to the window so I could return the fries. A gentleman server came to the window and after I explained my dilemma, he returned to a different manager and my request was denied again but neither managers spoke to me directly.
The service given in this visit was enough for me not to return or if I did and this rude, portly, Grimace-looking female manager was working, I would promptly turn about-face, flip her the bird as I walked my ass anywhere but near her.

I had two separate orders as me and my friend were paying separately and as soon as I got up to the window they told me that they put our orders together so I had to wait for them to separate them then when they gave us our food they did not give us any sauce when I asked the woman for our sauce she said I put it in your bag I tried to show her she was being very disrespectful and then she finally proceeded to give us two sauces when I told her that I requested a barbecue and a ranch and my friend requested a ranch she said oh you have to pay for extra sauce I know for a fact that the five piece tender gets two sauces because when you order it online it lets you select two sauces the woman was being very disrespectful about it she made us pay for our sauce when it was supposed to come with our meal. She also gave me the wrong drink by far the worst customer service experience that I have ever had!!! Had the staff just been respectful I would have understood especially if they were understaffed but their attitude was unacceptable and disrespectful!!! (They were also not busy at the time I would like to mention there was one car ahead of us and one car behind us) I'm sorry but I haven an update I just found a hair in my food and it's obviously not mine or my fiance is because it's black and twisty!!!!
