Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Columbus

First off I went in there to get a Grubhub order and the black lady and the white lady thought it was okay to be in there canceling peoples food and when I showed them they didn’t cancel it on my end the black lady start snapping for no reason never was getting smart with the lady none of that I said hello when I first walked in and they looking at me with a stink face😭 but anyways I asked them did they let the lady’s who’s food it was know y’all canceled her order the black lady said yes, which was a lie I called the lady she and told her what was going on she said nobody never called her about her order, so she asked me if I could go in there and see if they would remake it while she’s on the phone the black lady yells at me and told me to get out I don’t see how I’m in the wrong she was too busy eating jets pizza and not doing her job I feel like that was unprofessional and customer service was 🚮 and I’ll be back with my mom bc she will never in her life get to yell at for nothing when all I was there for was a...

This is by far the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been too. The staff is incredibly rude and have a lack of customer service skills. After waiting at the counter with their backs turned to me, talking with each other, one of them finally came to the register. She seemed annoyed to be there and by my presence. I proceed to ask if they had maple oatmeal. She looked confused and asked the group of coworkers behind her. One of them looked at me and said “idk how the heck am I supposed to know what’s in it, I just have the bowls over here”. Needless to say I left without my order because of the rude way I was treated. I’ve never had a bad experience at a Tim Hortons until this location. Coffee is delicious, but the service is awful. The staff completely changes at least once every 4-6 weeks. Expect to wait ten minutes for a regular coffee. There will be a line out the door and only one person is attempting to fill orders while five others stand behind the counter and do literally nothing. In the ten minutes while I'm waiting for my coffee I've seen them screw up so many orders. My personal favorite is someone on staff explaining to another person who made a black coffee wrong that a black coffee means a coffee with nothing inside of it. Can't make this stuff up.

The latest staff change has been the worst one and despite the close proximity to my parking garage and my workplace, I may have to stop coming to this location in the mornings. The level of incompetence has gone from mildly amusing to very...
