My recent review of this Wendy’s was 5 months ago. Today was my first time coming back to this location. I figured, 5 months was a good amount of time to iron out the people issues at this location. I was wrong.
The young guy working the drive through window one was stellar. The grumpy man working the second window in the grey polo shirt (manager?) was awful. For one, the window opened and he had a grumpy look in his face, soda cup was spillin down the side of my drink, lid not fully attached. I asked for a napkin and he walks away. He then returns and tells me to pull up and I said “thank you” and he just looked at me.
I pull up and I see someone hand the car behind me my bag of salad (Parmesan Caesar) which he handed back through the window. I know it was mine because it was a salad bag. So that’s unsanitary.
Then I see the same grumpy guy bring my that salad to my car. This time I don’t say anything to see if he says “sorry for your wait” or “thank you”. - nope! I got not one word or pleasant facial expression.
I look in my bag and notice a very lackluster portion of lettuce. The salad was thrown on its side and all the ingredients were less than half of the container when it was held on its side. Felt very light.
I got back in, I had to ask the lady behind the line to correct. She does. No one said sorry. No one cared. The only person who asked if I needed help was the girl at the register.

I was reading another review where someone said they were told 14 dollars at the speaker in the drive thru and then were charged more at the window. The same thing happened to me! I can handle a half hour wait at a drive thru or even if you arent particularly friendly but every part of this experience was garbage. Aside from the wait and the voice on the other end not even allowing me to finish speaking I was overcharged and never handed a receipt. I didnt think anything of it other than they were just busy but then I dug into my food it was cold... burgers, fries, chicken nuggets...all of it. How does this even happen? Its like they made the food en masse then took forever to put it in bags and hand it to people. I couldnt enjoy my drink because I wasnt given a straw. I was not given bbq which they asked me if I wanted... But then failed to provide it with any of the 3 orders of nuggets I received. No napkins either. Maybe the reason behind the drive thru escapes the employees that work here? I want a convenient hot meal. I realize it cant always be fast but it should be hot and it needs to come with all of the things that make it convenient ...like straws and napkins. After all this I took to the reviews to see if maybe this was standard. Read moreMy wife and I recently stopped in for lunch. When we walked in side there were no other customers at the counter. We stood at the counter a couple of minutes to place our order. But no staff was there to take it. My wife decided to use the restroom and I waited at the counter. When she returned she asked me if i put our order in and I told her that I had not been waited on yet. There were thee people in the back that looked at us but no one approached the counter. Then I decided to use the restroom and my wife waited at the counter. We were still the only people in the lobby. When I returned from the restroom they still had not taken our order. The staff in the back were visibly arguing about something. After nearly begging them to the counter finally the person that was making french fries approached us begrudgingly and in an annoyed manner asked us what we wanted. SORRY IF WE OFFENDED YOU ALL...We ordered two burgers nothing special. After waiting so long at the counter. We had to get on the road so we decided to get the order to go. After waiting another 5-10 minutes we finally got our food and left. The burgers were not very warm and but were OK. There were no napkins in the bag... WOW I don't think we have ever had a bad experience at a Wendy's but this Wendy's is awful and the employees need an attitude adjustment or a new manager.
