I will say it again the waiting time is RIDICULOUS! Jollibee, please find a way to cook more chicken and faster production lines. It is sad to say that getting in line to order takes 10-15 minutes, then add another 30-minute wait for chicken, which is CRAZY! This time, I ordered pies and saw one of the managers take 3 pies on my tray to give to the other customer, so then I had to wait for the pies and not the chicken anymore. Why? 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️
Best fried chicken, no doubt! BUT overpriced! Managers need to train employees to move faster or help each other out. Waiting time is ridiculous! I was watching the guy prepping the chicken when the chicken were done frying. That was the only time he started prepping the chicken to be put in the fryer again. And there were 3 other guys in the back standing around! I mean, help your co-worker or ask for help! It took the guy 10 minutes to have the chickens ready to be put in the fryer! Why not have that done 10 minutes prior to the first batch being done frying so that when it is done, you have it already ready to be put in the fryer at no time! There were 2 other fryers waiting to be loaded with breaded chicken. This is why the waiting time is 30 minutes long! I ordered 16 pcs of original chicken, and they gave me 12 original and 4 spicy one because I will end up waiting for 30-minute more on top of my 20-minute wait. Then, I ordered a spaghetti, and the lady cashier asked me what size, I said the family one. She was working 2 cash registers and trying to move fast to get all the orders done since the line is getting longer. Then, I realized right after I went to get my order that she did not ring it up at all. So, no spaghetti; after all of that wait. What a...
Read moreI've ordered here before and didn't have any issues so I was a bit disappointed during my last visit.
I placed an order online through their business website and selected 1:30pm as my pick-up time. I got there around 1:35pm thinking it was going to be ready, but I was told that they were still working on my order. While I waited there I noticed a sign that said that they were out of spicy chicken. You would think if they didn't have spicy chicken that you wouldn't be able to order it online, but I was able to, so imagine my disappointment when I saw that sign. On top of that, they didn't even tell me that they didnt have spicy chicken and assume I would be okay with it. Since I drove 30 mins just to go there, I still wanted the chicken. I waited about 10 mins to get my order while I saw walk-ins who probably ordered after my online order got theirs first. Not very efficient or good business if you don't take care of online orders first.
I ordered 3 pieces of chickenjoy with a side of fries, a cheesy yum burger, aloha burger, deluxe spicy chicken sandwich, and a couple of peach mango pies. Interestingly enough, my wife's deluxe spicy chicken sandwich semed to have spice seasonings, but it wasn't as spicy as usual. I started eating my aloha burger and was about to dig into my fries, but realized that they didn't give it to me. Funny part is I saw a customer go to the counter to tell a worker that they forgot to give him his order of fries. Who knew it was foreshadowing for what was going to happen to me. At least the food was good per usual.
Anyway, this isn't going to dissuade me from getting Jollibee here, but just disappointed that they still didn't have spicy chicken and forgot...
Read moreGiving 3⭐? Well, it's for the 1st time when I visited a few months back. I had the spicy chicken, it was popular we had to try it. It was nice & hot, & good, no complaint, but nothing out of this world. This time 0 ⭐? They didn't have the spicy chicken and the guy said they've been out for a while, that they're not able to get it delivered (it's hard to find). What ever that means! On top of that, you can see the chicken sitting on the racks. So after waiting at least 15 minutes to order, 10 minutes to get my order. That's 25 minutes while I was waiting, that chicken is sitting on those racks! Now here is the best part. I wanted to try what they call a Yummeyburger or something like that... OMG! 😱😲😳🙄 ARE THEY SERIOUS! The burger cost $2.49, sound's reasonable. However, when you unwrap it, there will be 3 - different responses; depending on the individual you will either 🤣🤣🤣, 😭😭😭,🤬😡😠!
I for instance was cracking up 🤣🤣🤣🤣. You could barely see the patty. It was ridiculously funny. I just imagined a little child biting into the burger and crying for not having meet in it. 😞😞😂😂
I've visited them twice and that's one too...
