Kay was AMAZING and the only reason I'm giving this Moe's 3 stars. (She personally deserves 5 stars and I'd give the location 1).
My staff ordered our 12 meals online last night... all different entrees (burritos, bowls, salads, nachos, etc). The website to order food on was great - it had our name on each one, what we wanted, and could modify as necessary.
I knew there was going to be a problem when I tried calling the store last night around 5pm. It rang 10 times without anyone answering, or a message, so I ended up calling catering. The catering lady just said "oh we've had a problem with that store" and didn't even answer the question I had.
Tried calling twice this morning and same issue - no answer or message.
I arrived at the store at 11:40am, 20 minutes before my order was scheduled. They had bags for each meal set up and started putting the food in the bags. I asked if they had names on it and I was just told "no, just the name of the entree and what meat". When I said there were multiple people with the same entrees and meat, he just gave me a shrug. Apparently when they print orders they don't have names on it... so what's the point?
While I was waiting, I asked the manager for a gallon of sweet and unsweet tea. He said he will "look if they have another gallon", walked away, never to be seen again.
This is where Kay came in. She made me a gallon of unsweet tea, gave me cups to fill with ice, a box to put it all in, a bag with lots of napkins, plasticware, and straws, then another bag for salsa, and started putting our paper bag orders in plastic bags so it was easier for me to carry. She even noticed that there weren't enough chips for each order (even though the other girl argued there was), and made bags for those. Needless to say, Kay was AMAZING and needs to know she's doing a wonderful job :)
I left when the last bags were done - 35 minutes later - and had to take it all out to my car, taking 5 trips. After driving 5 minutes down the road, received a call that there were still two entrees at the store (that they must have still been making?). I came back, got them, and probably won't...
Read moreIf you like Moe’s skip this location. Go to Chipotle next door or somewhere else. If you’ve seen Undercover Boss at Moe’s it’s about the same disaster. Showed up hoping to get chicken only for them to run out. After saying 10min for more I was fine with waiting. 10min later they tell the next customers 20min for chicken. Are you kidding me? Then the power went out for a couple minutes, wow haha. At least 5min later the chicken (and power) was ready, I guess they don’t know how long it takes to cook. Next up I’m standing there staring the worker right in the eye waiting for her to say the chicken’s ready now, being patient, and it’s like she’s looking right through me. So I walk up and order again. The food was a mess, mixed over each other, and they weren’t cleaning off the counter just pushing the scraps around. They were all over the place with quantity of ingredients too, and didn’t know how any of the menu items are supposed to be made, just strange. I got barely any chips compared to normal and the register guy was talking to me while texting on his phone behind the register. Nothing professional from those guys. The sauce counter looked like a bomb went off too. No cups or lids left which I’ve never seen less than a huge pile of them. The utensils and straws were everywhere, napkins over the counter. The sweet tea was gross too, bottom of the bucket and an odd color, went ahead and dumped that. Unfortunately it just seemed like the manager didn’t have a handle over everything and the workers were not the quality you’d expect. No knock on them because it seemed like a lack of organization, leadership and cleanliness. When there’s so many other options I probably won’t be going here any...
Read moreSo I would like to start of by saying the service overall was not bad but that was due to one employee there is a younger black lady that works there at night. This happened to be Halloween night. We were headed back from trick-or-treating and we chose over chipotle, My Family out voted me. I haven’t ate here in years I forgot what you serve but I remembered the Queso was really good . So my wife proceeds the order for the family and then the mix of that there was a male employee there younger and he was more causing problems than fixing it. There was a older lady there who I’m going to assume was the shift leader she was not Delegating anything if she was but the young lady I spoke about earlier was clearly the one in charge taking over making sure customers were taken care of. But in the mix of all that when I’ve gotten food prepared, I forgot about the queso 🤦🏾♂️. i say all this to say is to say that if everyone had the drive to take care of the customer that late in the night closing up soon ready to go home she took care of the line of people in the store. The other lady was nice as well just no Authority to keep the boat on course. This is a great training moment for...
