I asked the Staff Joseph Around 10:23 I asked the staff if I can thread the Pepsi to coffee and said it’s ok. To cut the story short I waited for my coffee but coffee wasn’t served so I went t to the counter and asked for my coffee again I did asked for my coffee to the staff Joseph and told him I’ve been waiting for my coffee and he didn’t say anything nor apologize for have me waiting for a while. When my coffee was given to me I asked him for creamer and sugar and he said how Many cream and how many sugar I said 5 sugar and 5 cream please. He nonstop repeating himself, we can only gave 4 cream but I told him I need 5 cream because the coffee is too strong. He turned around and got a cream from the refrigerator and handed me 4 cream and i repeatedly said I need 5 cream and he keeps on insisting we can only give 4 cream I told him as a customer I need 5 cream and I don’t care if I’m going to pay for it. He is instigating me to get me upset because I’ve been trying to tell him that I need 5 creams. Isnt if customer requesting of try what they desired you have to provide I mean is it really going to hurt red ribbon for just one extra Cream to add. Read moreWifey had a rude unprofessional encounter trying to purchase an item last night. Store closes at 9 pm, wifey arrived at 0830pm but staff insisted store closed. I ended up going inside and reminding them it’s not 9 pm yet and I want to purchase after also telling me store is closed. Asked for supervisor who was just sitting and busy on his cellphone watching or playing something and did not even bother to attend customer. Supervisor name Renz Bangayan ( I insisted to get the full name). I have to pay cash coz cashier already closed. Kudos to Jollibee cashier to change my 50$ bill to accommodate Red ribbons accepting no larger than 20$ bill. hope this review reaches the corporation office to train store employees better...

Their new combo does not come with a drink, you have to purchase it separately. And they dont carry Coke products. Had no choice but ordered Pepsi instead. When I opened what I had ordered, which is Palabok. It looks like they added more noodles than the usual. I assume thats what replaced the drink in the menu.
