Pho Lee Hoa Phat 5 — Restaurant in Concord

My experience with Pho Lee Hoa Phat was very disappointing. I approached what I assumed to be the front counter to place a simple boba order, and the employees didn't even spare a glance at me within the first few mins. I finally got the attention of one woman, and asked her what flavors they had. After looking at the menu, I waited... and waited. Two female employees kept passing by me without acknowledging me waiting. Once I was able to pay for my boba, they finally gave it to me, and I have to say this is probably the worst quality boba I've ever had the displeasure of drinking. The boba balls tasted firm, like they were previously frozen, and I had strange crushed white pieces in my drink. It tasted like they threw a handful of melon flavored powder, ice, a little bit of plastic, and water in a cup and sent it out....

Does the Manager know that sometimes this place takes “Cash Payment” only? We were here last week and was told that they only accept cash when I tried to pay with my debit card. I had to go to the store to get cash back only to find out they don’t give cash back. My husband had to go to an outside ATM to get CASH back, but then the lady told me “It’s ok- you can pay with card.”. What the heck? This is sooo suspicious and inconvenient. The payment machine was hiding on the left side of the register and clearly next to it was a sign of cardS they accept for payment.. Management needs to check their employees on...

I saw a meal my coworker was about to start eating, I asked where she went because it looked so good. She indicated she went to a Vietnamese place in seafood city,got #37 BBQ chicken with rice.
