This has to be the most underrated ice cream in Charlotte. I saw one Instagram post about them and thought nitro ice cream sounded interesting. I found them at the Piedmont Farmers Market in Concord when I was in the area. They do come down to Charlotte too, but it seems like they're in the Concord area a lot. I really appreciate that they have a good variety of interesting non-chocolate flavors. I got 3 flavors: lemon cookie crunch, golden cookies 'n cream, and cake batter. All three are very good. The cake batter was out of this world. It literally tasted like I was eating funfetti cake batter. The golden cookies 'n cream was my second favorite. It had huge chunks of golden Oreos. The consistency of their ice cream is different. It's kind of gooey and creamy. I love it. I will say, it's a little pricey. They have what seems like half pints and for the three I got it was $21. It was so good that it was worth it for a treat though. If you haven't tried their ice cream, you're missing out!

I got the Butter Cake flavor. It had crack pieces and chocolate frosting!! Delicious. Will definitely bring my kids with me next time!

We stopped in at Southern Strain Brewery for a date night and some live music. I was surprised to see they had ice cream for sale. They had at least 10 flavors and the ice cream was so smooth!!
