Starbucks — Restaurant in Concord

I have ordered here now multiple times. Only the very first time was my drink actually correct.

I am here now and got a Venti hot white mocha with ristretto and 4 shots of blonde espresso. I got basic freaking coffee and milk. Then 2 hot chocolates that just taste like warm cocoa powder and milk. $20 worth of drinks and they all are garbage
