Starbucks — Restaurant in Concord

This was my first time at concord due to my brother staying at John Muir health center so I stopped at this location and let me tell you the employees were so rude. First of all, I ordered a grande coffee with 2% milk extra sugar for my mom. As I was waiting for my drink I asked a girl employee if my drinks were made she checked the names and handled me my drink but my moms drink which didn’t have a name on it so she decided to pour the drink away. So I had to wait again so she can remake it. As she was making it for the second time she handed me the coffee in a vente cup instead of grande with no milk on it. So I went and complained and I told her there was no milk on it and she gave me another cup with filled with milk so how was I suppose to pour the milk when the vente cup was full. I stayed at the hotel across the street from this Starbucks and was happy to see they would be open before I was scheduled to start my 6 hours drive the next morning. The hours on Google, for this location, show 430am as the opening time on Saturdays and when I arrived at 520am, both front doors were locked even though there was a staff member inside. As I got back into my car, another would-be customer, who looked like he was about to begin his workday or had just finished it, pulled up and had the same door-locked experience I had, despite being able to visibly see the staff member. The employees and service at this Starbucks are great, but sadly I won't be going there ever again as the parking lot is not safe. I used to go ever a.m. between 6am and 6:30am to run in and pick up my order. Clearly someone was watching me, as the last time in the 2 minutes I was in there someone broke out my car window and stole items from my car. One of the employees confirmed that people do watch and I found out it has happened before and mine was the first of three break in that day.
