My order was nuggets meal no ice on diet drinks with Sweet and sour sauce no salt on fries and make it medium size .Got my order soda with ice bbq sauce and fries was Salty .The drive thru cashier was Spanish lady she a little older than me.Told get my soda has ice she took back the cup pour the soda And filled the cup with soda,I told her my Fries is salty,she asked me to pull uo front they will bring me the fries .Hule waiting I checkd my sauce they fave me bbq sauce .I went inside and asked for sweet and sour i told the cashier they gave me bbq instead of sweet and sour souce after she hand me the sauce she looked at me and asked me what Else am i waiting I tokd her my fries she said she just drop it and it’s gonna be few minutes I told her i will just wait.Another lady came and asked me what do I need told her My fries is salty I ordered no salt on fries.She looked at me and asked me where’s the fries they gave me told her right here I put the fries down on the counter when I asked for sauce. I am about to asked for manager bec they are so rude to me but I niticed her uniform she was one of the manager.Look i did not askd for free food I paid the right amount and I am expecting to receive the food that I ordered.For them to show attitude and being rude to me that’s terrible.I was not the one Who made a mistake.They did jot hear anything from me hoping that they served the right Food that you ordered and treat other people how they want...

I gave you a 3 star only because I think you could do better, when that happens it Will go back to a 5 star. We just got back to our house (10 mins away from your restaurant). We have had some very sad visits for the past 2 years that we've lived here, it's almost like whoever runs this location just no longer cares or as it seems to me anyway. We just ordered your jalapeno chicken pretzel sandwich 7.99$ for a combo, apple pecan salad 6.49$ and a kids meal 5$ and 2 cheddar burgers. Well let me get the positive out the way first, the 2 cheddar burgers were delicious as always. Kids meal came out correct and was good from what the 6 yr old says. Now to the not so positive, my "pretzel jalapeno popper chicken sandwich did taste good, however it didn't have the pretzel bun and we were not aware of that or I would have not ordered it, I was not informed. So I paid 8$ for a basic Chicken sandwich, could of gotten that at Chick Fil A for 5$. My wife's 6.49$ salad had all the ingredients but guess what they forgot to give us? The DRESSING! no dressing for the salad. Maybe we have high expectations or maybe we just wanted average so we came back to give you guys another chance. We also didn't get a receipt, guess they were out of receipt paper. Either way, the people of Concord and those passing through the area deserves a well ran Wendys and I'm sure we all look forward to seeing...

DO NOT STOP HERE I will be fervently praying for this place to get shut down. After my experience today, I went to check out the reviews just to see if I was the only one who'd experience the same treatment, but low and behold...it's a common occurrence, and others have dealt with MUCH WORST than myself. Seems like they are playing with people's time, money and health. I'm grateful that I have a relationship with God and immediately was lead to drive off. I went up to the drive thru to place my order and heard an attitude in the person's voice, for absolutely no reason, after it continued, I told them in the kindest possible way 'nevermind because I see that you have an attitude' to which they responded 'ok then whatever bye', and I just drove off. I never trust people with attitudes to make my food, God knows what they would've done had I paid and waited. One of these days they might really upset the wrong person. Anyway, then I come on here and to see all of the reviews makes me sick to know that people like this are allowed to run businesses. I've reported it to corporate. I suggest you never come here if you care about your health or your life, seriously. I'm not even sure why they are allowed to have this place open, I recommend anyone who has a bad experience here to file a corporate complaint so that it gets shut down and they will no longer be able to mess...
