I’m not gonna lie, I’ve been coming to this location and the one on the North Loop for years without major issues, but I have to say I witnessed the most blatant disregard for customers just now. I just walked in to pick up a mobile order and mine was ready. I happen to walk in at the same time. The gentleman came in with his wife and young son. Not one person acknowledged any of us when we walked in the door, but more notably, The wife and son went to the restroom, and the man waited at the register for multiple minutes while more than five employees walked around behind the counter doing various tasks and not even saying good morning sir will be right with you or just one moment please, none of that. Zero Acknowledgment whatsoever. I was actually standing at the mobile pick up area for multiple minutes as well. Waiting to be acknowledged because I needed a stopper for one of my drinks + a carrier because I had three. There’s something I’ve noticed at this particular Starbucks is at the customer service granite has actually always been lacking. It was especially bad when there was a different manager. They do have a new manager now and I will say that she has been doing a much better job But overall it still has a lot of room for improvement. When someone walks in the door, I don’t care what the team is doing. They can say hi good morning good afternoon. Welcome to Starbucks will be right with you. You can do that while you’re making a drink. You could do that while you’re mixing up cold foam you can Do so many things to acknowledge your customers that are paying 7+ dollars for a beverage, but the fact that I also have to place an order 10 minutes in advance and many times it’s not ready when I get there and then when it is ready, I still have to wait for 3 to 5 minutes to be acknowledged for a drink stopper. Why do I even have to ask for a stopper? I should be able to go get a drink stopper with the straws and the napkins. Apparently, I actually asked once and I was told that the district manager made them put all of the drink stoppers on the far backside behind the counter, so in order to get one, you have to disrupt the workflow of an employee to walk across to where the drive-through area is to get a drink stopper. That’s ridiculous. I even have to ask for a sleeve. They actually have to go get me a sleeve when they’re serving hot drinks all day long. I can’t just get one next to the napkins so whoever this district manager is, needs to have their head examined because not only are they creating extra work for their employees. Their employees also need additional coaching on respect & guest service behavior. And before I close out this review, I wanna point out that the gentleman when he did finally get greeted by an employee to place his order they didn’t even say sorry about that wait, sir - they just said what can I get for you with no...

I've been going to this Starbucks for 3 week now.... every day (07/22/21)
FOOD/DRINKS: the drinks they make are very well made, balanced when it comes to flavor and pretty when it comes to the look. my almond latte tasted the same every time.... they make a pretty good Chai Latte as well. Some times they train new employees and your drink might taste different or a little off, but they will be so kind to get you another drink. I tried their pastries too.... they are fine. Just standard Starbucks quality. nothing to die for.
STAFF: All the girls that work there are very friendly, smiley and nice. They always welcome you with a warm big smile, call you by the name and Often, very often, their service is "more and beyond" One time I order the wrong drink and by the time I realized it, it was already done. I told the girl "please, would you mind making another drink as I ordered the wrong drink and ill pay for both".... she goes "no need sir, its 6:30am and I understand, I'm going to replace your drink free of charge".... Oh Gosh... in the end I walked away with two drinks. I do not want say her name as they are all very nice.
PLACE/LOCATION: the place is cute and clean and since is in a Kroger there is always plenty of food in case you are hungry. very very convenient location (5 mins away from the HCA hospital). They have a couple of tables to enjoy your drink (always clean) and there are probably 20 more tables that belong to Kroger and the other vendors. that means you can kick back, enjoy your drink, chit chat with your pals and chill.
That's how all the Starbucks...
Read moreHonestly this used to be one of the better starbucks. But it seems the new people have no idea what they are doing. Multiple times I have to go back up and ask for more sauce, or more milk. Sometimes it hardly tastes like theres espresso in there. Today i sent my husband to get a tall white chocolate Mocha. This is what i got when i opened the lid(i always stir before i drink it) there is NO flavoring and there was hardly any whipped cream. Add in the fact that it is halfway full is ridiculous and lazy.
None of this is against NOAH. He is the absolute best always amazing with customer service and makes the drinks right. I've also seen how helpful and empathetic he is towards...
