First let me say the handicap and military parking is not anywhere near the door, there’s also not a lot of parking in general. If you can find the front door, you cannot find or recognize the host stand and no one is attendance to help. Our server Emma was very sweet and did a good job, but the food is not worth the price. Luckily put food was warm as a lot of people have said theirs wasn’t, but the cheddar burgers are lack luster and dry and the pretzels weren’t much better. Way overpriced and the biggest inconvenience was the seating. The only low seating for anyone with physical issues of any kind is outside on the open air patio. Everything inside is high tops. You have the bar, round stools with padding (lucky you) because we got a ‘booth’ with a shallow hard wood seat that is the worst thing I’ve sat on in a restaurant and there’s metal bars that hit your knees on the way to scoot in that you’re not warned about. The metal bars to rest your feet are at an award height and if you try to dangle your legs the hard wood plank you’re sitting on digs into the bottom of your thighs. I’ve seen people saying they won’t let you stay to watch a game and I believe it with an uncomfortable environment like that. Two of the managers also conducted interviews in front of us at the next booth. Surely there could have been somewhere else to go that wasn’t within ear shot of us. A lot of servers were gathered near the end of the bar looking at their phones and talking yeah about various things, the lady who brought us food was extremely impersonal and could have smiled or seemed less rude (we’re sure she’s nice, just not at work.) Having to pay your tab out on a handheld while the server awkwardly stands there (automatic tip options are 18, 19, 20%) was unpleasant as well. We will never suggest this place and will never come back. I really wish something else had been built here because what a waste of space it is. Also the 3 stars for service are...
Read moreI have went twice to this place now. The first time the wait time was around 2 hours but we bypassed that and sit at the bar. I got a burger, a Boston roll, and BLT tots. The Sushi was no good and the burger was so dry with no taste. I let my wife taste the burger thinking it might just be me and she tasted nothing as well. The BLT tots were very good. I did not want to do a review because they just opened on the first visit they were still trying to get everything together. The tile that was installed by the bar looks absolutely awful I cannot believe someone was paid to do work that bad. The second visit we had 7 in our party and the wait time was around 15 minutes. I ordered the BLT tots again and was very disappointed that they came out very cold. I actually ordered two orders but only one was brought we didn’t fuss because they were cold we didn’t want another cold batch. Two people in the party got burgers which both complained were very dry and did not taste good none of it was finished most was left behind. One person got salmon which looked dry to me but she said it was okay nothing special. I tried the sushi again and this time I got the Crab Rangoon Roll. I really did not like it. It was dry and not much flavor. My wife got the chicken Teriyaki bowl and she actually liked it. The two kids with us had chicken tenders and fries and what looked like a steak to me size of a silver dollar. One tender was bitten into and he didn’t eat anything else. The experience was very much a disappointment for a second time so we will probably not be back. If we ever got anything from here again it would be the BLT tots to go if they could manage to heat them...
Read moreUpdate: Corporate sent me a generic apology letter and a $30 gift card. I mailed it back. This is just a generic corporate chain. They simply do not care. Visit locally owned and operated places instead. We’ve been here twice now. Once a while back, just dinner for my husband and myself and we both enjoyed it. Tonight we had guests in town visiting and with Tech on break I was hopeful it would be fairly easy to get it and eat.
It was. With exceptions. Patio seating. We were sat in the far back right corner of the patio. We waited about 5-10 minutes for our server to even greet us and take drinks. He even made a point to mention and ask exactly how long it was. We ordered drinks and apps right away 2 non-alcoholic and 2 bar drinks. It took the bar drinks 24 minutes to arrive. The apps came before the drinks. Myself and my guest both got up and went to the bar and got drinks while waiting for the others. This didn’t seem to phase or concern our waiter. Who made a point to tell me he didn’t want to involve a manager because he was on thin ice. So, even though there was a dumpster fire of issues with our drinks and other issues he made it clear he didn’t want to involve a manager. I profusely apologized to out out of town guests. I don’t mind over paying for food when it and the service is good. This, this was not what a $156 dollar dinner for 4 review should be. We will not be returning until they get control of the staff, fix their ticket times on drinks and the...
