Arby's — Restaurant in Copley Township

Horrible service. First off why ask for a name and not just take the orders in the order they come in? 2 lanes.. well McDonald's figured that out so wtf fix something that's not broken? To make me wait for my food, miss items, and then ask me stupid questions. Secondly, since ya asked for a name you passed out out food the the people in front of us. How I have no idea but then we had to wait for all out food to be remade. Then had to wait for our missing item. All i wanted was some food. Glad to see an Arby's in Fairlawn, as a curly fry fanatic. I love that this location is open late, but they obviously cut staff at night. If there's a line at the drive thru, you're going to be waiting a while - they have a two lane drive thru, but I have yet to see the second lane open.
