Yes, we will take chicken strip, 1/4 pounder / cheese, and fish sandwich. The man said, "Does that complete your xxxxx the audio shut off. , I tried twice to reconnect to add a water. No luck, so I drove up the first windows. The mcdonalds employee greeted us, and we didn't get your order . You must drive around the building and get back in line and reorder. I replied the man took our order. The employee said, "I'll get the manager as he walked out of his area. He returned with a person and she said, "I am the manager and you must go around the building,,get back line and place your order. The manager told us they have new ordering system. I asked , can you take our order? The manager quickly respond "no" I responded, "What?"I looked behind me and the cars were lining up, thought who says their system would fail again and again, stealing more of our time. I said to the manager, "No thanks, but we will just go down the street and pull into Burger King. Drove away, and we could hear the manager at very high tone with attitude of a 12yo, almost teenager say, go ahead Burger Kings is the best, just go ahead.
It was obvious we were cut off and system failed , The option offered to us required to take our time,,waiting to gain access the menu board and reorder is one thing but who to say it not going work again and again leaving us helpless to point we feel to a point being held hostage buy mcDonald company. Anyone that has a box, cell phone has a least time experienced "time stealing" by your cell phone carrier, app, software, printer, microsoft, outlook, ,goggle, chrome, HP, facebook, snapchat, pinerest or i should refresh all parties that give you anything free, there nothing in this world free,,
What I'm saying is automation is the future and has it own perspective industry and applications., Depending on the image McDonalds wants to convey to their customer, our food is picked by hand to insure freshiness and highest quality because you deserve the best. Leaving the customer feeling good about their experience justifying the increased cost.

This event could have been avoided if there was ameans of a cash register in spot,. The old fasion way use, paper and pencil are accepticle means, perhaps not the most efficient way, but it keep the doors open and pervent prospective customer from driving away.

Read moreis stressful when the app doesnt open quickly at the drive through window and they ask for my code in the app which also shows me deals and rewards i can order only one of per hour which is stupid. i can only get a coupon deal in the app OR an earned free item not both in one order. especially disappointing when i earned the free item and uaually order for several people at a time where an app deal would also be helpful if i want to add an item on, so i canpay with the app it also does not allow me to do that at the window where i then need to find cash to add on anything or drive clear around to order a forgotten or add on item to my order.
must ask for cook to order On EVERY single thing you order or some will be okd and some will be freshly cooked .
they even confirm you want that cooked freah too on my request. (not one person has ever said no i want a dried up old burger that should be sent to the trash) yes we want it all fresh, no one wanrs food poisoning.
please stop saying we need to ask for fresh food just to get fresh food.
overall mcds is getting better at pulling people up to wait for fresh cooked food, but the line pulls up so far and one person gets their food and cannot get out of the line when cars are too close together ...also . workers do not know who gets which bag when they bring food out. 🙄 😒 😐 so bags go from car to car 🚗 before finding the right customer who paid /is waiting.

I walk in and there's a lady standing there directing you to use the kiosk, I said I didn't want to and would rather use the counter. Nope, she pushed and said she'd help me. Then asked if I had rewards and I said yes then took the next few minutes not knowing what the crap she was fiddling with the kiosk, then my phone, back to the kiosk. Finally it connected, she motioned for me to put in my order I got a large vanilla shake and always add oreo, but there was no option to do so. So I asked her and she had no clue, so she said she'd just tell them to add the oreo. Fine, so I paid and waited. And waited. And waited. There was only 1 other person there and it wasnt even busy. Finally the shake comes out and its all vanilla. No oreo, I go to ask the girl who handed it to me and halfway thru my question she walks away! I tipped my cup and there at the bottom of a large shake is a sprinkling of oreo, not mixed at all. Would not go to that location ever again. Waste...
