This is by far the worst birthday party experience I’ve ever had. Let’s start off by how they crammed 6 different party’s or more in one section area. I mean we could barley sit down or walk thru without bumping into our people. Then let’s talk about how hot it was in there it was hard to enjoy anything even just sitting and eating a pizza I mean hot as if we were at a park outside. Then let’s talk about how our party host made us get the birthday boy from playing games cause chuck e was going to come sing at 6:30 so we go get him come to the table where the cake was get all of the party together to sing and chuck e never came out til 6:42. That’s nothing I was thinking he is coming straight to us to sing but no we had to wait for the other 6 parties to be ready so he could sing to everyone at once. Like there was nothing special about this party the party boy had no idea what was going on. Complete chaos the party host then starts rushing us to pay while we are opening gifts not once did she offer to help us put gifts into bags or try to help instead she hovered over us with the bill that needed to be paid as if we weren’t going to pay her. Let’s get into the prices to have paid over $700 to have absolutely nothing feel special for the birthday boy was insane like I said I would never ever have my kids party here again be ready to sweat and not enjoy your kids party if...
Read moreWe recently had my grandson's birthday party at Chuck E. Cheese's in Corpus Christi. The HUGE problem I had was the fact that you take the children's SPECIAL DAY away by singing "Happy Birthday" to all the birthday kids at the same time. The look on my grandsons face was confusion. The children can't even hear their name. My grandson usually has a smile on his face. This years video consists of him just looking around and wondering what is going on. It was truly a disappointment. You, at Chuck E Cheese's should reconsider how you make each individual child feel speical. It only takes about a minute to sing "Happy Birthday". My suggestion is everyone should be able to sing to his or her child one after the other in a certain order. It is ridiculous for the amount of money my son paid. Other than that, everything was perfect. Our hostess did an awesome job. Although, because of the above we will not have another birthday...
Read moreUnsure as to why Trey is on the frontlines of this store, he was extremely rude to my girlfriend, acted like more of a catty girl than she could ever possibly be. Told us he wasn't going to serve her because she questioned why he needed to see her I.D. a second time. Apparently he needed it to swipe it once again but he could have been much nicer about it instead of taking it upon himself to not serve her a beer.
Trey had issues acknowledging patrons, was patently unfriendly and inattentive, once he engaged with you he barked orders like he was the R.A. at a College Dorm and was laying down the law. Other employees seemed to validate his attitude, giving one the impression that poor customer service is part of that building's standard procedure.
UPDATE: This was already addressed with Corporate, thank you for responding...
