Jamba — Restaurant in Corpus Christi

Terrible experience on Aug 9th 2020 time around 11am.

Three young ladies working one of them introduced herself as a manager. I had walk to the door of the business. I open the door a relax I left my mask in the truck.

I said let me go back and get it. I told the young rude person That I wanted to order oatmeal.

Went back to the truck to get my mask. Walked in and place my order of oatmeal. So I thought just to be told we dont sell oatmeal.

A customer that had just order said. "They always have oatmeal I order it also"

This could've been told to me before I went back to my truck.

The 3 ladies acted very unprofessional. Making it seem like they never served or carried oatmeal on their menu.

Without any explanation on why or if it is seasonal or if they are out. Just a plan Jane we dont sell it.

I am use to going into this business and being greeted with nice professional staff.

I've been coming to Jamba for a long time. I worried with the merger the drink wouldn't be as good and it's still delicious as always. I had the pleasure of having the store gm take my order today and make my drink. However was rude. I asked about the app will there be a joint app coming or what is going on with that. And she told me the app works fine. The auntie Annie's app doesn't have Jamba drinks on it and the Jamba app says it's closed. She told me the app works just fine for everyone else. And said well what's your phone number so I can see. I gave her my number and she said well look you have points. Still want to be able to order ahead but since no clarification was given on the app. I guess not. Neno however was just as pleasant and...

Came here to try out the aunt Annie's addition to Jamba juice...ended up staying for half an hour. All I wanted was a pretzel dog.

Making these pretzels to order is a bad idea. I had to wait for two other people in front of me to have their orders made. I didn't get any warning except that mine would be out shortly when I was paying then I found out from the person working of how many people were ahead of me. Also, my pretzel dough was still raw. 👍 The previous time it was burnt black.

Why isn't this location doing their aunt Annie's like the other locations I've been to in the past with their display filled and ready to go? It's not the first time this has happened to me, I'm posting this now for others to understand what to expect when...
