Service has gotten so bad): To the point I won't go again, my experience was so uncomfortable I couldn't hear the guy working well so I kindly asked if he got the salad as part of my order, he replies with " don't you see how the foods in order so when I get to the salad part I'll get your salad, you can't see it's a flow!?" And I only asked because after he served my pasta he was like Okay go down to the register now Then I get to the register and another guy sighs and says "What did you get"

I was so embarrassed because I took one of my co workers to try it for the first time and she was scared to even ask for anything after my interaction with the employees . The other workers used to be so kind I'm sure not all customers are great, I get it, I work with people, but it's not fair to take it out on everyone else. I was genuinely being so kind and apologetic for even asking And for the workers having a bad day, I truly hope it...

Ordered online and paid for it. When I got there, they didn’t know there was an order. I had to speak up because of mall noise, manager immediately thought I was yelling at her and melted down. All I wanted was the correct order, which got difficult to verify because she was defensive and, therefore difficult to communicate with. The order was close enough, so I just told get it together. A bit frustrating, to say the least. Now for the food. I would have been happy, if after all that the food was good. Hard to mess up noodles and sauce, so that was fine. The meatballs, however, were so-so, rubbery and lacking much flavor. I’m sure the manager doesn’t want to see me again. The feeling is mutual. If you do order from this establishment, do so with a soft voice and in person, that way you’ll be able to watch what they serve you so you’ll know it’s correct. Skip...

The Villa Pizza doesn’t even deserve the 1 star I gave it. I had a young woman with purple hair tell me I was standing at the wrong side. I let her know I was picking up an order, she said she didn’t have an order. I gave her my order number and she repeated herself. I told her I needed the food I paid for and I showed her my order email. She was upset after that. She yanked a pizza slice off the counter and threw it in the Togo box. She didn’t even warm it up and that makes me feel like this pizza will make me sick. I am upset and disheartened because I work in the same mall as this Villa Pizza and I regularly come here for lunch. I have the App downloaded and everything. It’s very saddening.

I guess I will be warming up my own pizza in the microwave...
