to start, we were sat promptly and greeted welcomely at 8:30pm. The initial interaction with our server made it seem like she wanted us out immediately. She rushed us for our drink order, and every 2 minutes came back to see if we had picked literally anything off the menu, so we finally told her we would get the Ziti Fritta as an appetizer. Once she came back we ordered drinks and entrees (i ordered a Strawberry Limoncello Margarita), she came back to ask what i wanted again and i confirmed i wanted that drink. Our drinks and food come out, and we ask her where the appetizer was and she told us she didn’t put it in after literally rushing us to order? and i told her it was fine and to not put it in at all. The drink i had received was in a different glass compared to the picture but i figured the bartender maybe ran out of the other glasses and substituted them. The drink was horrible and i drank it because i had ordered it and didn’t want to cause the server to send it back. We order a dessert, and look at our bill to see that the drink i had ordered was put in as the “spiked strawberry lemonade” which compared to the menu looked like the drink i got, but indeed didn’t order. We asked her about it, and she changed the drink on our bill to the one i ordered even tho i didn’t receive that one?? so a manager (short man with glasses) happened to walk past and he came to talk to us, i told him everything that happened drink wise and he refused to take it off the bill because i drank it. YOUR server rang in the wrong drink (that was horrible anyways), proceeded to try to charge me for the one i didn’t get (and was $2 more?), and now he’s refusing to even compensate for the mistake. What if i was allergic to something that was in the one i drank because she got it wrong twice? he stated it was because of “consumption” but what if i had drank half the drink? does that mean i only get half a drink if they fixed it? all of that over a $6.50 drink after we spent $75....
Read moreWent for lunch to celebrate my birthday on 2/26 only to receive what has been the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. Our server Breana T seemed to be a bit distracted since we got there. Understandable. Busy day, needy tables, overwhelmed kitchen running slower due to the lunch rush. Totally understandable. As our visit progressed, her attitude and service got worse. I was uncomfortable while I was boxing up my food while she just stood there over my shoulder pressuring me to finish up and hand over my dishes. When it was time to pay, I asked her for my check since I was paying cash. And she said with an attitude "it's right there" pointing at the kiosk. That's when I told her I was paying cash. She came back with my (incorrect change, $1 short) and her awful attitude making my party and myself extremely shocked of how disrespected we had been treated by our server with piss poor service and attitude to say the least. As if the disrespect wasn't enough, she walked by as we finished our bottle of wine and called me a b*tch. I am appalled and at a loss for words with the lack of respect and offensive behavior from Breana. Never in my life had I been insulted by a server this way. This was brought to the managers attention and I was provided with a $40 gift card. I appreciate it but don't think this is the solution to this since I don't want to ever go back to this Olive Garden. As a former employee of Olive Garden, this experience was of poor quality, unacceptable and at a very low standard. I am in disbelief of my visit and experience knowing how this company trains their employees to provide excellent hospitaliano service and treat customers like family. I ordered the shrimp scampi and was extremely salty. Glassware and utensils were filthy. The utensils and glassware are hand polished one at a time at the one I use to work. Salad, breadsticks, Alfredo sauce, and wine were delicious...
Read moreI would usually give them a better review, but this is a review for the curbside takeout during quarantine. We've been trying to support local restaurants during these tough times. We've supported other restaurants without any issues. However, Olive Garden's takeout process needs to be completely rethought. We ordered our meals and were given a 1hr wait to pick up. I got there at the pickup time, and was instructed to park in a numbered parking spot. Here's the first problem. Three quarters of the parking lot was not being used. They have everyone packed into the center section parking spots with no spaces in between (so much for the 6ft rule). This makes it especially harder for people with larger vehicles to park. My wife was at home trying to call them to let them know I was there, from the time I got there without ever getting anyone to answer. I stopped three different employees (2 of them being very smug) and gave them my name, pickup time, and total. I finally left after waiting 35mins past our pickup time, and a car almost clipped my truck pulling into the spot next to me. My wife never got anyone to answer the phone in the 35mins either. I understand it's a tough time, but that type of service is unacceptable. It's not like they have anyone inside to take care of. I don't have a doubt that if I had stayed, we would have gotten food that had wrong or missing parts of our meals. I also believe the food would have been sub par quality to what we usually get. I know we definitely won't try them again for curbside takeout, and this experience was so bad we might not ever go back. It was a complete waste of my time and gas. Their employees are paid to spend time there, I'm not. Needless to say, in the time I spent in their parking lot, I called in a takeout order to Niko's Steakhouse and picked it up on my way back home....
