I ordered a medium pizza from here for my client. It was at a ridiculously high cost of $16. When we got to his house to enjoy some of the pizza that costed an arm and a leg we noticed that there was a black hair on the pizza. There was an employee working there who had long dark hair and I believe also facial hair. He was also not wearing a hair net of any kind. Once, we discovered the hair on the unsanitary pizza I called pizza hut to see if they would be willing to reconcile for this disgusting situation. They said that nothing would be done unless I either drive the pizza all the back to the store after a long and tiring day or I take a picture of the piece of pizza with the hair on it and send it to them. The problem I had with their request is that we had already fed that particular piece of pizza to my dog because I don't believe in letting food go to waste. However, I also believe in making the wrong right and treating people with respect. The person that I talked to on the phone made me feel like he thought I was making it up. Passive accusation of a customer being a liar when bringing up concerns of an unsanitary error of an employee. I see how important customer treatment/service is to pizza hut...not at all! Words from the employee of whom I talked to on the phone and ordered the pizza from in the store: "You ordered the supreme pizza? I cut the pizza myself and there wasn't anything wrong with it." Read moreThis pizzahut knows nothing about customer service.. i use pizzahut because of the rewards program. I used to manage a dominos.. (that should say something.) I made a mistake on the online order and the order was made for delivery to my old house (corvallis). I call and they say the order is cancelled.. and that I need to call the albany location.. so that is what I do. they say that I have to cancel the other order and then order again. but i used reward points.. so what happens there?.. no one can tell me what is going to happen to them.. (except for one guy at that albany location and he was just guessing). He tells me I know its an inconvenience and that was it.. there has to be something we can do.. but instead.. I lost earned points.... and I have to wait to get a refund for a week.. while they now eat a compt pizza.. plus.. this is not the first time or issue.. Its just the last.. I will not be...
Read moreI ordered a combo that was supposed to come with a code. It did not come with a code, customer support refused to help and the employees had no idea how to help. I kindly asked for a manager to call me but received no call. Pizzahut loses another customer , too bad because the employees and food are decent .
Also customer support demanded my full name, address, phone number, zip code and a bunch of other personal information. Take in consideration that customer support is open extremely weird hours like 4pm to midnight we can safely assume they are using foreign call centers to take our calls and steal our personal information. Hopefully I can find out how to report them and have an investigation done into where our information is going and if...
