Wingstop — Restaurant in Corvallis

Honest feedback: Staff were friendly and helpful, which I appreciated. But several things hurt the dine-in experience. They gave out actual bathroom paper towel rolls as napkins — definitely not ideal. Wings were good, but the fries were over-seasoned, not hot, and tasted a bit stale.

Food took a while, probably due to online orders, which is understandable but still noticeable. Tables weren’t clean either.

A big issue was not being able to refill water. I had soda and could refill it myself, but I watched a guy ask three times for more water. Each time, the employee had to take his cup and refill it at the machine. By the third time, it got awkward. The “food handler policy” explanation didn’t make sense since I could use the same machine for soda.

No public WiFi, and even though I was dining in, my food came in a giant to-go bag instead of a tray — kind of embarrassing.

Honestly, I think I would’ve had a better experience eating at home. If the fries and setup were better, I might’ve returned. But with all that, I doubt I’ll be back. I feel like...

Not sure what was going on that day but I went in with my friend and we each got 20 wings, and a side. When I got my order it was pretty dry, Most of the wings had exposed dry spots and hard to eat. When I asked the worker for more; they said I had to pay, I went back again after attempting to eat my wings and said I would pay for some extra sauce and the manager there made me stand there while he lectured me about it even though they had already told me twice I had to pay; and I was willing to. Then someone else came in for their order and he gave her a super hard time and demanded her husband come in and confirm that she was his wife. And I could tell he made her super nervous.💀 he gave really bad vibes and all the workers seemed super tense. Not like their normal helpful selves. Came here a couple weeks ago wanting to try it for the first time. Their hours online and on the door said they closed at 11PM. It was about 10:25 when we arrived and the door was locked. There were several staff members in the store including one behind the counter, who looked at us and then continued with what they were doing. They certainly didn’t seem apologetic or anything, only seeming inconvenienced by us being there trying to give them money? I don’t get it. But that was a good enough indication for me to feel happy taking my business to Buffalo Wild Wings or similar. I know it was somewhat close to closing, but what’s the point of saying you’re open until 11 if you lock the door at 10:20 or earlier? Don’t bother with...
