I’ve never left a review for anything, ever but boy these guys earned this one. I drive for doordash, which apparently means I get to watch a clown party unfold while I wait for my customers food. I was told upon arrival that my order would be ready within 10 minutes. Despite my application instructing me to pick it up in the next 2 minutes, they seemed busy, so no big deal. Last time I make that mistake. While I watched three gentlemen without uniforms scramble to fulfill in-store orders, the clocked ticked by to the tune of 20 minutes. Upon asking, and yes I was agitated by now, I was told that the order hadn’t been started, very unapologetically I might add. So, hopefully the sorry excuse of a manager doesn’t manage this either or I’ll never hear from anyone. But in the off chance someone with some actual integrity reads this, please feel free to respond here and explain to me why your establishment is unable provide even baseline levels of customer service. If this falls on deaf ears, and you guys treat dashers this way on purpose, terminate your contract with doordash and continue making money. Or just let the night lead quit already. He REALLY doesn’t want to be there. Shout out to the guy taking stuff outta the oven and cutting the pizzas. Tall slender guy. He kept his head down and worked hard. Couple other guys were at end of shift. If you’re wondering how I could know all this from just picking up some pizza I’ll remind you…20 minutes….what a joke. Pizza...
Read moreThis is by far the worst pizza place I've ever had before in my life. I have managed a pizza business, I have worked food and I been in customer service many years... I know how to treat a customer and be professional. This place has nearly no idea what professionalism is and the Pizza is borderline average, often with less toppings than are standard and far too much edge for crust. I've tried a few times to place a timed order and I either get the wrong pizzas or nothing due to the incompetent employees and management. The last visit I was amazed and shocked to discover the rude employee feebly trying to assist me was actually the manager on duty. She was very young, likely one of her first jobs, dyed hair of deep green with the biggest nose ring I've ever seen. She gave me no chance to talk about my past issues and had no intention of doing anything resembling helping a customer. The only thing I can say positive for this place is that the price is low, but that only makes it worse in my opinion because it lowers the expectations of the customers. Do not visit this establishment unless you are starving and they give you the pizza... and then I'd think twice about it.
Little Caesar's pizza has since moved and no longer has most of the staff that worked at their previous location. I have ordered pizza from the new store at their new location twice but had someone pick my order up so I haven't been there but am satisfied with the pizza and...
Read moreI had an issue with a young lady today around 7:30 Pm. She refused to sell me the Pizza because She stated that the $50 bill was too large. I explained to her that I had a $50 bill, two $5's, and a $1. Which means that, I provided her with $11 worth of smaller bills, that way she won't have to worry about change as an issue when processing my transaction. I told her that I can help her understand the math involved, so that I can be on my way to feeding my hungry children. All I got in return was lip service, asking me if I had $18 in the most condescending way. She needs get receive further training on how to treat her customers. I was appalled with her overall demeanor. I had to have at least ordered 500 times from Little Caesars. Never have I ever dealt with a...
