Highly Recommended over all furniture stores. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I have purchase two separate items here on two separate occasions and then asked for additional assistance when needed. A recliner - it's perfect, no issues, meets my need wonderfully and was at extremely low cost. I did comparative shopping first, and then decided on Chateau because they have the lowest prices. After I bought the recliner, Ed, Owner, and Robert, Assistant, of Chateau took the back off and loaded it for me and then Robert came to my office, lifted it up the stairs, and put it back together for me in my office. A gorgeous floor lamp (see attached photo) on which Ed gave me an amazing discount. I bought a boxed version of the lamp and when I had a bit of trouble assembling it due to disabled hands, Robert (again graciously) came to my office and completed the assembly for me. Do Not Buy furniture from this place. I bought a black dresser in January, and the paint is already chipping off on the drawers in many places. I called today, and the owner said, "buy black paint. I do it all the time." He acted like it was no big deal. It is now making a lot more work for me. I am going to have to buy paint, take my clothes out, and sand and paint the parts of the dresser that are chipping off. I have only had the dresser a few months, and the paint is easily chipping off. I could have spent less elsewhere and not had this issue that I have to spend more money and have more to deal with right now. The owner does not seem to care at all about his products and customer satisfaction. THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS. I wanted to support local businesses, but this has been a horrible experience. I should be able to get my money back and buy a different dresser. I even had to get assistance to get the dresser in my room and now it is looking...

The most amazing furniture buying experience I have ever had. My boyfriend and I stopped in this afternoon, found a sofa, but ended up leaving just to shop around other places. We ended up finding a sofa at another furniture store we liked, but due to poor customer service and lazy salesmanship, we left empty handed. We went back to Ed to see if HE could order the sofa for us, and he did so happily! We ended up buying the sofa from him for LESS than the other place, and will receive the sofa SOONER than we would've at the other furniture store. If you find furniture somewhere else that you like, check in with Ed and see if he can get you a better price, because I am sure that he can! I could not be more pleased with Ed or this business!
