I was very dissatisfied with my last interaction here. This is normally my go to place for donations, but I will now be making the trip to St. Vincent de Paul's in Albany. I was told to my face "you can donate them, but we're just going to throw them away" regarding some sporting equipment that was in perfectly good condition. Her attitude was one of annoyance that I brought a car full of items which I went through with her one by one asking if they accepted them or not. It make me wonder how many other items that I thought I was doing something good by donating that they have simply thrown away. If you don't want to sell items that I am giving to you for free, I will find someone who will make sure they are used! Not thrown away. Very dissappointed... Buy for less on eBay or Amazon instead of wasting a trip to this store. They have no idea what they are doing and greed is all it is.
Small update. Still terrible. Prices have a way of changing at the register and they refuse to sell you items that they did a poor job of tagging.
