I was with two female friends and they both wanted to get their nails done. One of the ladies had come up with a substantial windfall close to 50K and this was something she's wanted to do and treat her friend. Upon paying for services she was frustrated due to it being Sunday and banks are closed she had a bit less than the total amount. The gentleman at the counter reacted in a very agitated manor. His mannerisms such as withholding her card, volume and tone of his voice was off-shore as if he was expecting these girl to "dine and dash". He even took a photo of my car (as if that would do anything) in his exasperation at the situation. Now if he would of taken a deep breath and shown some professionalism to resolve the situation instead of act like a child the problem would of resolved itself when I paid for it. Are the facilities nice? Very Nice. Was the services many? Yes, definitely. Where the quality of the services good? All were overly pleased. Will we go back? Never. I wouldn't ho back if they gave me free services for life. ONE PERSON, one bad attitude or being treated like that is enough to ruin anything good about their business. Read moreI have been going here for years. Really nice people. I will say the price has jumped a lot but I understand with the way they world is. I did need to get acrylics removed and I did bulk at having to pay so much for removal but then I watched how much they cared about the health of my nails and all the little things they did besides just removing them. If you want it done right go here. Could go someplace else for a lil cheeper but I trust these folks with my nails. EDITED/UPDATE 2024: Went for my wedding nails brought in the whole party (lots if buissness). 2 weeks later go in to remove nails I had set an appointment and I waited past my appointment time while they took in 3 walk in appointments. I finally asked how long just getting my acrylics off will take and they said they could just pop them off if i was in a hurry. I asked if it would hurt they said yes. I said yes please take them off. They sat me in a chair and then I waited there another 10 minutes before realizing my small nail removal won't bring them the most money vs the walk ins so I had little import. I left. Read moreI called ahead to make an appointment and to make sure they would be able to do my nails within my 1 hr lunch time. They assured me I would be in and out within a hour. I got there right on time and was told it would be a couple minutes. I then sat and waited for 20 minutes with someone coming up to me every 5 mins or so to say it would just be another minute or 2. I finally just got up and left only to be chased down in the parking lot....literally one of the employees ran out after me. I told them I had to get back to work and there wouldn't be enough time. No one apologized. No one seemed to care that I had an appointment. I get that they do walk ins and stuff but why have people make appointments if you dont honor those times? I did my due diligence by letting them know my time constraints and confirming they would be able to work within them. They could have called me to let me know they were running behind.
