Tried to order twice on the app but the app is completely unusable. Tried to order on the website but you get the whole way through the entire order until it said that the restaurant is closed due to inclement weather. Meanwhile, we got there and not only was it open, there was no inclement weather. Probably just an issue with the available options for the managers to choose from on the website, but as a customer it was 10/10 frustrating.
When we got to the store, we were told the electricity was out and the oven just got fired up, so we couldn't order anything hot. That's totally fine because we were getting all cold stuff.
The ordering process is SO inefficient. The person taking our order was just filling out a slip. I could have filled out the slip instead of doing a full blown interview. Then we had to reiterate everything that we ordered to the cashier on the honors system... Why would you not communicate my order to the cashier? Why is there no digitalization of this process ? Or like ordering on a screen? I get that it's supposed to be "old timey" but still.
Again, corporate structure issue.
We got our food and: The Godfather was soggy, as in soggy with water The turkey had a long, blonde human hair in it
Fix your app, fix your website, fix your ordering process, fix your communication, fix your payment process, fix your food quality, and give your...
Read moreSo my elderly mom and aunt go there this past Sunday to order food they order 2 subs and 2 salads the total was over 50$. So they order and while paying the women Stephanie who took the money decided she would give them nicknames she called my mom Queen Elizabeth and my cousin, Margaret Thatcher for some reason, it was very odd. So they get the bags of food after the strange experience and find that they were missing one of their salads they call the store and ask for the manager. The manager offers my mom a coupon not a refund, a coupon. They instead decided to drive the 12 mile round trip to get what they paid for because a refund wasn’t an option for some reason, even through they didn’t receive their item. When they get to the store the manger was very dismissive and acted like they were a pain, offered nothing for the inconvenience asked what dressing they wanted even though it was a Caesar salad. The food was good but customer service was abysmal will not be going back. The staff should focus on the job and less on...
Read moreBased on food quality, service and atmosphere. Five stars. Price, Well we are all dealing with the pains of run away inflation, and a government that incentives people to stay home rather than work, increasing labor costs across the board (except for the consumers). $15 dollars for a large sub to be shared doesn't seem bad I guess, but we asked to combo the order with drink and chips and paid full price. Add cookies for the kiddos at home and now the obligatory tip screen ,and we walk out spending $35. I love you dibellas, I don't get to eat there as much as I used to because I no longer work near one, but wow $35 dollars for a large sub, two drinks, one bag of chips and cookies? Even if I worked nearby you would be relegated to an occasional splurge stop not a weekly stop.
Btw tip screens are major turn off for most of us. We think twice about getting food from places that have these. You did your job, hurray, here's a tip? Why not just make one price for the products and take away the cringe tip screens.
$35...
