This McDonald’s seriously needs to get rid of their worker named Sally and work on customer service. This time around, I ordered the six piece McNuggets and the line was long. It only came with one sauce and, when I requested another sauce, I was yelled at by Sally and she was really horrible. She snapped at me and told me I would have to pay 27 cents more. I said I would and it took her five minutes to run my card with a line running around the building. She was so rude and unfriendly; she made me not want to go back. I’ve been inside before and it is quite dirty. The staff is unfriendly and says rude things, interrupts you, and is all about themselves and not the customers. I am angry with this lady Sally and if they don’t get rid of her, there is something seriously wrong with management.

A group of around 35 of us came into this McDonalds. Being a McDonalds we thought it would be very quick as all of our stops to other McDonalds had been speedy. I had to wait 30 minutes for a hash brown and a hot chocolate that I found out was sitting on the counter behind the register for 20 minutes. The management was out of control and the worst part is that he thought he was. The man in charge was a dirtball with untrimmed facial hair who was very passive aggressive. As there were many of us, the seating was full but playplace seating was empty. However the door was locked and could not be opened until they “got authority from people above”. Bad experience, mediocre food quality, avoid if possible. The Chick-fil-A across the street is a very good substitute.

We stopped by Cranberry Township McDonald’s to try the new McCrispy strips! We’re usually not a McDonald’s family, but we all really enjoyed this treat! The new strips are delicious, especially with the new Chili dip! Of course we had fries, McFlurries, and lemonade, too! Everything hit the spot! I must admit that the food was really good, AND the decor was so appealing! I love the black, white, and yellow seating! The restaurant has a modern and chic feel—like somewhere I could sit with an iced coffee and work remotely! I can’t tell you the last time I’ve been inside of a McDonalds, and I was impressed! We’ll be going back again, especially for the McCriapy strips!

The absolute worst restaurant I've had the privilege of visiting...... It seems that since the update to a more tech friendly store cleanliness went down the toilet..... Spilled soda on the floor with napkins thrown over it. On the divider ledge was crumbs all down it. Out of the 8 open seats none were clean enough to sit at. The drink station was covered in ketchup, and trash. There was 2 employees standing at the register doing nothing work related. Counted 5 different workers walk thru the dining room, and not 1 did anything to address any of the messes that were rampant throughout the store... That covers the nasty dirty side of the visit..... How was the food you ask?? Let's start on the easiest thing there is to cook fried food.... French fries are one of the easiest things to make, and yet they were a travesty. Not only were they burned, but they were old on top of that.... They did however have the perfect amount of salt for my taste, but for other people it would have been overbearing. (I have been told i have a salt problem.. lol) The burgers weren't as bad as the fries, but they were noticeably overcooked. Yet somehow to cold to melt the cheese that was on the burgers... In summary I have never had such an experience that warranted a decision to never return, or actually go out of my way to keep someone from going there. However my visit was just horrid, and considering this is supposed to be a place where food is served DO NOT GO HERE....... A 1 star rating is putting it nicely, and is probably not deserved... Seek food elsewhere, and dare I say choose a convenient store to eat at over this so called restaurant...

I go to this McDonald’s multiple times a week and am always met by kind, friendly, hard working teenagers who are doing their very best during very busy times. I always ask for a single sauce with my meal and never request extra, as I thought one was included with your meal purchase and one is all I ever need. When I asked today and was handed one, I walked away as the OWNER reprimanded (in a very unkind tone/demeanor) a teenage employee for handing out a sauce without charging for it. I was stunned that this is how the OWNER manages her business and talks to her employees - children at that. There are many McDonald’s establishments on my commute and after experiencing this, I’d much rather patronize one of the other businesses who appreciates their employees and extends grace in times of mistakes, rather than belittling them. This could’ve been used as a positive learning opportunity (and certainly addressed later when others weren’t around - we’re talking about 27 cents here), but instead she ruined this teenagers day as they were visibly distraught after the owner’s tongue lashing. I’m saddened and appalled that this is how the owner would act with employees AND customers around. I can only imagine how she acts when customers aren’t present or when the mistake costs more than 27 cents. Beware of the type of business owners you’re supporting - it’s all about the...

I came to this McDonald’s and was in the drive-through was quickly responded to by the attendant, telling me “Will be with you in just one moment and let us know if you’re using the app”. So I told them I will be using the app and I patiently waited. A couple minutes went by and I asked “Am I waiting for you guys still?“. No response. I waited a minute and asked again. No response.

At this point it had been about five minutes, so I pulled around to the window to see if I could get a hold of somebody and all the lights had been turned off. Apparently they were closing at nine and I was there a few minutes before they closed, but instead of telling me at the drive-through that they were closing which I would’ve been fine with instead they lied pretended like they were going to help me and waited for me to give up and leave while they finish closing the store.

I used to waitress for years. I get it how much it sucks when someone comes right before closing. But the hours on Google were not accurate so I had no idea they were closing in a couple minutes. And they certainly didn’t tell me. They just let me find out by leaving me sitting there for five minutes until I found out myself that they were closing. I’m so unbelievably irritated at the immaturity to not just tell the truth.

I’ll never visit this...
