The owner of this location is VERY rude. I went over to ask for a simple cup of ice. When I asked for a lid the woman (owner) was rude and told me that they cost her money. I offered to pay for the ice and the cup and the lid and she was still rude and told me there is no way for her to charge me. She ended up giving me the cup with the lid, but she made me feel very small when I walked out of the door. I don’t normally leave google reviews at all, but it’s not worth ruining your day over a cup and ice, especially if you offer to pay for it with grace. I go to this location frequently and I even have enough credits on my account for 2 free smoothies, I like to save them up for a day when I am low on money. Everbowl Creve Coeur has been a staple for me. Today was one of those days where I was reminded why! Me, my fiance, and mother arrived this morning to a single staff member working (due to the other schedule employee calling out sick last minute/unexpectedly). Been here several times never an issue. Today stopped by for a smoothie, the same one I always get, noticed that the greens weren't blended well, she explained that they make them thicker to last longer, but if I wanted to chew my smoothie, I would have ordered a bowl.
