Imo's Pizza — Restaurant in Creve Coeur

I love Imo's more than anything and when I ordered dinner they so kindly let me get the lunch special outside of lunch hours which I was grateful for because it was the perfect size and price for one person. Unfortunately I ordered from the wrong location + my order was also wrong, however they immediately offered to fix their mistake by delivering a new meal to me which was far out of their delivery range, but I said it wasn't a big enough deal to have their drivers go that far away during dinner rush, as time is money and their time would have been better spent make another deliveries but the fact that they offered was extremely thoughtful and appreciative. I ended up getting a credit for an entire meal when in reality they were only responsible for replacing the pizza. They have the best thin crust pizza in St Louis and the secret is in their sauce! Started out rough but ended well all because they were willing to do whatever it took to make the customer happy and you don't find that much these days which is sad. Thank you Imo's...

I usually don’t write reviews for chain restaurants like IMOs Pizza, but when I experience exceptional customer service, I feel it’s important to recognize it. The staff at this location went above and beyond — they were consistently polite, respectful, and genuinely kind.

Every team member approached us with a smile, kindly interacted with my child, and made sure we were comfortable. They even helped set up the tables to give us more space for our order, which was incredibly thoughtful. Although everything was easily self-serve, they still came by to ask if we needed anything — a small gesture that made a big impact.

The pizza and mozzarella sticks were absolutely delicious and freshly made. This visit was a great reminder that excellent service can elevate a simple meal into a memorable experience.

Horrible experience, gave these people multiple chances and the pizza was not fresh this last time . The manager John was very rude and disrespectful, I asked for corporate number he hung up and said I can Google it !! Do not shop at this location !!!! I have / other locations nearby this just happened to be the one that delivers ! That man was very rude and never apologized for the burnt pizza he said to dig it out the trash can very racist . I’ll be following up with corporate !!!! High nasty stuff I can go to Cecil whitakers across from them ! Much better!
