This is the 4th time I placed an online order and when I arrived to get my order they did not have what I ordered, the previous 3 times I just took what they had left, but I found out through some people who work at other dunkins that they can go into the system and tell it that they do not have any more of an item and it will show that in the app. The reson they dont do this, in my opinion, is so when you arrive and they don't have the item they can try and pawn off whatever they have left in the store. I refuses this time and was asked to contact customer support for a refund. When I called customer support I was told I had to talk to the manager...the one who told me to call the customer support in the first place. And that it would be 8 to 10 buisness days before I was contacted....

At the window, we were given the wrong drink. We told them and they took it back (duh). We were then told they had no donut holes, and they were out of the refresher for the Sabrina drink. So we asked for a refund for those items. They said no, we have to go through the app. Through the app it offered us 500 points enough points for 9 donut holes 😦 or one drink, not even the drink I wanted. Also the tea lemonade is gross.
