This individual store was great. I went through the drive thru. The store seemed pretty new and nice. The person who took my order greeted me with, ‘Bibbity-Bobbity boo, what can I get for you.’ The food we received was piping hot and well made.

As for Raising Cane itself…

If I were away for the summer and writing home to update my family on my adventures, I would not mention the chicken at Raising Canes. It’s high quality chicken, but the breading doesn’t have a lot of taste.

I would, however, mention the following…

Dearest ma and pa, Camp has been great. I’m happy to write home. There are two things I wish to mention. First, the bread at Raising Canes. It is sweet, crunchy, buttery, garlicky goodness. It is a true highlight of my latest visit to this fine establishment. The second is the dipping sauce at this same restaurant. It tastes like a sweet pepper cream sauce. It’s distinct and really good. Those are the two main things from Raising Canes worth mentioning in this letter home. See you soon! Child

I think people go here because they loved the overall value of everything that comes in the meal. In my mind the high quality chicken without a lot of flavor in the breading was a weaker part of the meal.

Having said all that- they offer a great meal that’s sure to fill you up. Especially try the sauce and bread. And definitely check out...

This place needs to have a curfew implemented on it after the shooting last night. 10 pm, and they should have to close since they can't keep the neighborhood safe of their crowds. Saw it coming weeks ago when I saw hoards of high-school kids hanging out between here, the Arby's, and the Giant Eagle in the parking lot. After curfew hours nonetheless. I get that area of parking lot might not technically be your property, but you are responsible as a business for maintaining the safety of the neighborhoods you decide to operate and do business in. You're responsible for the customers you bring to the area. I will be petitioning the cities of Akron and Cuyahoga Falls aftertaste night. Because the stuff that goes on here is honestly ridiculous. And the shooting the night of 9/5/2025 could have 100% been prevented had Raising Canes practiced responsible business practices. High-school kids don't need to hang around here after 10. It causes trouble. You have the eight as a business to deny those customers that late, yet, your profits seem to come before my neighborhoods safety. 2 shootings in 1 night a quarter mile away from my house is...

Went through the drive through, the person at the pay window barely looked at us and seemed miserable when he asked for our name. He gave us the card back and said nothing to us. We sat there awkwardly waiting and instead of asking us if we wanted a receipt (which we did) he brushed us off again without looking at us saying "you're all good." Okay? We go to the next window. The other guy is more friendly, but the sweet tea tastes like unsweetened. We were waving down anyone who would see but not one person checked on us. Everyone in there looked MISERABLE! When the food was being given to us is when we ask him for sweet tea since that's what we ordered. He tells us that IS the sweet tea and someone made it wrong. Are they making more? Or hoping no one complains? Tried to make it right by giving us a different drink. The atmosphere was just awful and no one in the drive through section acted like they cared at all about their customers. Manager was walking around too so I'm not sure if they were just new or what. It was just awful. Food was good as always but I'll probably be avoiding this branch...

We don't have these where I'm from (near Rochester, NY) so I decided to stop in and see if the hype was real. Not disappointed! The chicken was a good mix of crispy, tender, and flavorful- there were a few mystery bits, but that just adds to the authenticity. The sauce had some interesting spices beyond the expected ketchup and mayo. The toast was a welcome addition, and the coleslaw was actually a standout. The fries were just ok. I've been to chicken places like Popeyes and KFC, but not frequently- that being said, I think the food here ranks slightly above what they serve. The server was beyond friendly, which is definitely no longer the norm at fast food joints. The atmosphere was somewhere between a disco, a warehouse, and a loft apartment in NYC- disjointed, but at least clean. I try to eat healthy, but the next time I'm craving a greasy snack I will consider Canes.

Usually hit the drive thru here due to the inside being crowded but tonight was able to dine in. Staff was really nice, restaurant was clean, and everything seemed on point. Had to wait like 10 minutes for food but came out super fresh. Chicken was hot, crispy, and so were the fries. Bread had just been made so that was the best. I do believe their breading could have more flavor though. One thing I noticed, meals are being served in these plastic plate things instead of styrofoam boxes like it was the last time we went in. Nothing is soggy anymore, definitely a plus! Prices have gone up a bit but nothing shocking. Love the fun atmosphere there, cool place to grab some chicken!

Went to Raising Canes in Cuyahoga Falls today and was very tasty. Got a Box Combo with no slaw and extra fries. It came out super fast and exactly how I ordered it. Employee taking orders was very freindly and there were several employees walking around the dining room cleaning up. While the prices have gone up a bit the last couple years its still in line for how much food you get. The one thing I would change would be a bbq sauce option because I am in the minority as I don't like the canes sauce. A great dining experience overall!
