Brooks & Terry's Espresso — Restaurant in Dallas

I have been their a three times. The first two times was with the same employee who was gave off an attitude of she could careless that I was there. The first time I figured maybe she was having a bad day. Then I figured you know its been a little bit let's give this place a try again. Went again and was informed they were closing in ten minutes and are only doing iced drinks. I said ok and placed an order. Was decent even left a tip. Have worked in costumer service. I realize it's annoying if you've already cleaned a blender and a costumer comes in and makes an order that requires it. But thats how it goes, you make the drinks and reclean the equipment. Went there for a coffee, first off. Theyre coffee is extremely inconsistent. One day its great one day it tastes very meh, and to charge 5$ for a medium. Insane! Also, with that being said the Illegally charge for debit card purchases ( 25 cents) that they dont even tell you about. Found out by looking at my statements, because guess what?
