HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Simple order from drive through. Restaurant was not busy! Two sandwiches and large soft drink. One sandwich was supposed to be a Whopper with extra pickles and onion. Two different employees were talking over the loudspeaker. I was asked to repeat my order three times. I should have driven away then but foolishly I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I was charged $14.36 and promptly asked to park. After 11 minutes an employee came out and delivered a sack to the customer who was after me in the line. I tried without success to get the employee's attention when the customer who had come after me wished me good luck. I cheerfully thanked him and waited another 5 minutes before going inside to ask if I should just get a refund. A young woman at the counter apologized for the problem and explained that my ticket had been lost. (I was one of three customers in the past 15 minutes) She quoted the Whopper with extra pickles and onion and an Impossible Whopper. She explained that no one knew how I wanted the Impossible Whopper. I had repeated regular three times when ordering and now repeated it again. I had noticed a sandwich sitting in pieces in the prep area since I walked in so I asked "Please tell me that is not my wife's Impossible Whopper sitting cold for who knows how long." The person told the cook to put a fresh meat on the sandwich. When I got home my sandwich has less onion or pickle than the Impossible Whopper, which had a beef patty not a "Impossible" patty according to my spouse who has ordered that sandwich numerous times at a different Burger King location. Did I mention they did not give me a receipt? If course I tried to call the restaurant but of course, they did not answer the phone. DO NOT GO HERE! YOU WILL BE SORRY! Many of you read my reviews regularly. I have never written a review so harsh...
Read moreI went here this afternoon with my husband, my dad, and a family friend. The service was good. However, my husband forgot his phone on the table and we didn't realize for about 3 hours.
We share our phone location with each other, and I looked for him on Maps. I saw that his phone was at Burger King. My dad went back to pick it up as we had to get our daughters from school. He was quickly told it wasn't there. Nobody found it. But I could see that it was NOT ONLY in the store, but behind the counter, likely in the business office.
We decided to go try our luck after picking up our kids. I explained the situation and was told by an employee that they hadn't found a phone. I reiterated that I knew it was there and showed her that I could see it on the map. She feigned disgust at me accusing them of trying to keep my husband's property. I told her I would just call the police.
She walked away. I waited for a few minutes while the cashier, a fry cook, and the manager on duty talked, then I called 911.
While I was on the phone with 911, the manager on duty went straight back to the office and got my husband's phone.
This happened at around 5:20 PM today, November 27, 2023. I invite the franchise owners to review any surveillance cameras they have and watch...
Read moreIt's Lent & it's Friday, we needed a fish meal & we were near Burger King, so we decided to try out their Fish Sandwich. 1st thing I noticed is that their floors were annoyingly sticky- as if they had spilled something & just let it dry on the floor. When I asked why their floors were so sticky, I was told that guys with their construction boots come stomping in ruining the floors. So much for 1st impressions. Hubby ordered a Fish Sandwich and I ended up ordering a "Vegetarian Burger. Hubby said fish was overcooked on the outside & just borderline "OK" as far as taste & quality. However, the tartar sauce kicked its rating to minus territory. Needless to say, he wouldn't order it again. As for my Veggie Burger, I would order it again if it was Lent & it was Friday & I happened to be near a Burger King.😞 P.S. I absolutely LOVE, LOVE, Love Burger King...
