So here's my experience with this KFC/Taco Bell.
I placed an order at 4:55 PM. Two soft tacos and two orders of nacho fries. Nothing too ridiculous, right?
I was not given a receipt. I was never asked if I wanted a receipt.
20 minutes later, I asked the cashier why I hadn't received my food yet. She didn't say anything. She just printed something out and brought it back into the kitchen.
Another 5 minutes went by before I asked her if there were updates. She said they were working on it.
Another 20 minutes went by with no updates. Several cooks were very obviously standing around, doing nothing. Someone, I assume the manager, came in and scolded them. She asked about what I was waiting for. I told her I was waiting on an order. She found the order slip and asked if that was the order I was waiting on. I confirmed, and she asked if it was "being remade or something." I told her that, no, I had never received anything. She went back into the kitchen and made it herself.
I received my food (which, I remind you, is 2 tacos and 2 orders of fries) 55 minutes after...
Read more"Disappointed with my recent visit. There was no access to restrooms before paying, which was inconvenient. While using the restroom, a staff member interrupted me, unprofessional experience. Ordered a Chalupa combo with a Doritos Locos Taco upgrade. Unfortunately, I received the wrong order entirely. Instead, I got three basic taco shells with barely any filling and no sour cream. I was rushed for time and didn't realize the mistake until later. This experience was very disappointing due to the lack of customer service and the incorrect order. When I mentioned the mistake to an employee, they explained limited restroom access was due to the area and the number of homeless people who frequent the location. I expressed that I wasn't homeless and found it disrespectful to be treated that way, regardless. Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity. Unless management addresses this upsetting experience, I may not return to Taco Bell. Disappointed, as I used to...
Read moreI came here for a quick lunch at work one day and...I mean...okay, I get it, being right by the highway it IS a high traffic area for the homeless. However, treating as though everyone who looks even just a tinge too casual is homeless is such bad business practice. It's unsettling to watch how nasty they treat the homeless that do come in. I get the issues about it but I have seen places clear them out in a way that isn't disruptive (like the Starbucks down the street) and it leaves me feeling more unsafe. I've been followed out by the homeless folks who continue to beg. None of the servers are particularly friendly anyway. The place is also so weirdly open and empty, clean but liminal. The one benefit is that it IS pretty good for what I expect out of a KFC/Taco Bell combination, but that's as far as it goes. Maybe I did want an extra to-go order, it wasn't necessarily a lie to give away the food. Don't make assumptions, it's such a...
