Edit 11/08/24 what is literally been months and months since I've been to this location and nothing's changed. Still the same stale biscuits. Funny thing is, I went to the one in Sunnyvale Texas, since I live out that way , and there's are fresh made every time. I had to sit and wait like maybe 5 minutes for a fresh made biscuit, trust me it's worth it! So I guess I won't be going back to this one, at least not under the current management who I guess thinks we should be fed still day old food rather than fresh made products. I Will Wait an extra few minutes for fresh made cheddar biscuit, because it's worth it!
Well, the jalapeno biscuits tasted like they were made a week ago, but they made it right. The girl behind the register (I think she was an assistant Manager or lead) had an attitude like she didn't care if you got served or not. Very lethargic and nonchalant about serving you. Then the next day I asked for the same 2 type biscuits with sausage, I was only given the bread no meat. Had to go in, and that same girl looked DEAD AT ME with the sack in my hand, turned her back, cocked her head and just went on like she didn't see me.
Look I know this is fast food, but if you are going to be in a job THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE, you need to act like you give a damn. I really hate going to any fast food place anymore, no one gives a damn about being polite, serving the customer or treating the customer properly. I am not asking for a manicure and a free mojito, just some damned respect and appreciation I am in your establishment and you are getting paid from not only my order, but the thousands that come in like me every week.
Update July 11, 2018.
I seriously wonder if this location reuses leftover biscuits for their breakfast? This food is supposed to be made fresh, with some acceptable limitations of coarse. But when you can’t serve a fresh biscuit and sausage to a customer and they have to go to Quiktrip just to get a fresh biscuits sausage, even though it’s not exactly the one they want, that’s pretty damn bad!
For instance, when you serve a so called fresh made to order biscuit to a customer it should be exactly that. A fresh biscuit is somewhat moist, spongy, flavorful has a good aroma. It should not be hard, stale, brittle to the touch or basically just feel old.
I have frequented this location for several years, I almost always get the same thing for breakfast, the sausage biscuit. I have had to send one or both biscuits back, because they were so hard, that you could literally tap on them with a pen and hear something similar to tapping on cardboard.
I understand these stores need to keep waste to a minimum, but you do not keep yesterday’s or the previous two or three days biscuits, and try to serve them as fresh.
I definitely will not be going back to this location for breakfast. It is a waste of time, and a waste of money. I wish people would quit thinking about money, and start thinking about quality, this doesn’t just reflect on the store manager, but this also reflects on the district managers, the regional managers and corporate...
Read moreThis location has always disappointed me. This is the last time I go there. I moved rather close to it and visited it the same week I moved in. They got my order wrong. I did not realize it until I got home. I have a small appetite and usually just order the kids chicken tenders with a side of Texas toast, it comes with a cookie and a drink and kids fries. I cannot finish the actual grown up tender meal so I stick with the kids version. Plus I really enjoy that chocolate chip cookie.I kid you not, every single time I order it, they forget something! One time I noticed they forgot the cookie, and so I had to park and go inside and wait for it. (the cookie is good!) On another occasion they forgot the gravy sauce. On one occasion the forgot the tenders! I called them as soon as I got home and saw it and I was upset, becuase I had fries, cookie, sauce, even extra ketchup but No Tenders! They told me that the next time they would give me a free one. I went back two weeks later, and they did. I went back one more time, and everything was in there! I checked while parked. Unfortunately, when I got home I bit into a cold uncooked tender! I knew something was wrong because it was not warm and the breading on outside was discolored. Still, I bit into it and it was cold and well uncooked- I immediately called them from number on receipt. The manager spoke to me and apologized. I told him my bad history with them and how disappointed I was. He apologized and said that the next time I come in to ask for him and that he would replace my meal with the adult one. I thought that was nice, but I would be ok with the kids meal. That was months ago. I have not been wanting to go there. I finally decided to give them a chance again and also give them a chance to make up for it. I asked for the manager, told him everything, and what the manager told me on the phone. etc etc. Well he said that I had to proof it. So no, they weren't going to replace my raw meal from last time. I saw another man that was dresses out of uniform behind the counter and though well perhaps he was the manager I spoke to, but the one I was speaking to said it was the same, becuase he was a manager too. I had already invested my time with my story and waiting in line ( i go in my lunch break so I have to hurry) so I told him I wanted the kids meal tenders but to make sure I got everything. I also asked for a side of Texas toast. I paid and waited. He brought me the order and then I noticed the texas toast was missing. He said he didn't charge me for one. He was not obviously not listening to me. I asked him to place an order for one, and then I paid again. He then wanted to make sure that I saw that he gave me two cookies. Like that would make up for every single time this place messes up- jut on my orders alone. And then they do not even keep their word on replacing the meal. Do not go here. You will be...
Read moreI don't get their reason behind their actions but it's intentional. For some reason everytime my Wife orders food here and I come to pick it up the length of the wait gets longer and longer. Mind you I stay only 5 min from here.
I arrived right before 8pm(7:59pm) and checked the arrived around 8:04pm the short dark skinned girl comes out with our two drinks and states that they're still working on your food. I wait 10 min and start taking pictures for my review because the service is just terrible. Every time I come here the wait is longer and longer, busy or not.
Around 8:23pm I go in and ask for a refund because I'm tired of waiting. The short light skin girl with what looked like short hair says that she doesn't know how to do returns. She then says that she will have to ask her manager, walks back for like a second. Not even out of my sight she puts the phone to her head and starts to pretend to be on the phone with the manager and says "she says you'll have to do the return on the app then you'll get your money back". This is beyond comical, the nerve of people. I held back from how ridiculous this situation was and said OK. Walked outside to get myself together and walked back inside. I asked that same girl, "can you check to see if that order is mine?". They had just finished LAUGHING, she asked me what is the name on the order. I said Ariel and received the bag. So now it's 8:28pm and the order is COLD and the burger for my Wife is completely wrong.
When I got home my Wife called up there. That same girl who lied about the manager answered the phone and non shalantly stated "OK, well when you do come bring the receipt"
Worst Whataburger experience ever. Mind you this is a time where they aren't busy at all, but still went out of there way to treat someone the worst they can while maintaining a job they don't deserve. Find better workers, hopefully someone who understands the privilege.
I we won't come back. We just want our $27 back 😒 I went to the corporate website and reported this location as well. They really just need a new staff or replace them with robots...
