I’ve been a guest of Popeyes for many years. It started from the very place in which I was born in so it’s a staple that it really close with me to bring me back home. But this location should not exist. The very essence of this culturally environment establishment should not exist with the management staff and the services in which was provided. This would be my third time visiting this location and when I tell you, I wish I can take back every last visit. Visit on a 30 minute lunch break I spent 20 minutes in the line and was informed that I had to wait an additional 15 minutes before being served. Red flag number one! Second visit or second experience My Husband stopped by this location because it’s closest to his job and picked up a family meal after spending nearly 50 bucks on a 12 piece. They gave us 18 pieces of cold chicken that was so old that the skin was so dark no sides, no napkins no condiments when you call the physical number that’s listed for this location. It is out of service. Second red flag. But you know we are creatures of habits so we’re gonna give them the benefit of the doubt. I did the feel like fixing dinner today June 8 at 7 PM. Hubby,Can you pick up some food for dinner? And this'd is the location in which My Husband decided to go to. $41.62 later we have seven pieces of chicken no sides Six biscuits that is cold and non-edible …… I’m not the guest that would leave guest connections or customer reviews or whatever I don’t want none of my experiences to lead to an opinion of another individual experience but this right Here is so Unhonorably and disrespectful and his location should not be in Services corporate need to come down and retrain the management assistant management the crew cleanliness it is all affected by these horrible conditions. Poor customer and guest experience . This is utter disrespectful. I would advise anyone to walk outside take the money and stand on the corner and let it blow in the wind before you support this Popeyes establishment. You do better throwing your cash away because nothing in which you can receive from this location is actually going to be worth anything Before you buy some trash from this location, I’d rather you ball your money up I wouldn’t care if it was one copper red penny or 50 to 60 bucks to feed your family go drop it in the trash because that’s what you’re gonna take home...
Read moreThis is actually an update, haven't been to this location in quite a while and I was a little let down the last time period but apparently this manager does not like making sales?! Nation point I basically ordered something and then wanted to add a chicken breast, and he refused to do it because he said the line was already long enough, well yes but, when a customer wants to add something and not completely change the order, why not add A little extra food? But, given this manager's attitude and demeanor which was well let's just be polite and say somewhat rude, I can see why this particular location is going downhill. His employees appear to be even afraid of him, And that's not good! When I asked the cashier if I could add a piece of chicken she swallowed real hard and glanced and said are you wanting to add To your order because our manager does not like that or allow that on the drive-through. Now if you want to know how much it is, I can do that. Then she called the manager over because she didn't want to ask him if I could add a piece of chicken to my order? Are you kidding me! What kind of neo fascist goose stepping manager are we talking about here? They need to replace this guy and get somebody that actually cares about making sales and profit for the company rather than whatever's convenient for him. OK food, good service even when busy. But the 'butterfly Shrimp is barely butterfly, more just deveining , cleaned and breaded. Not real spicy and certainly not crispy on the crust. Fried colour is nice and lite golden, but may need a few more seconds to get the better colour and crispness. Chicken is pretty decent, but not as good as some of the competition. Read moreThis is NOT a reflection of the food. I love Popeye's food. This is about my service. I am new to the area and was on my lunch break. I waited in the drive thru line for 20mins. When I got to the window, I explained (nicely) that I had been waiting and I was on my lunch break. the Crew member (#39) said OK!! that was it, so I asked for the manager. Then the crew member gave me food and I said, will I be able to speak to a manager. I did not want to hold up the line any longer, I figured everyone in line was on lunch break. Then she yells for a manager to come. The manager had no badge on, so I did not get her name. I said, I just wanted to make a formal complaint that I have been waiting in line for 20mins for my food. The MANAGER said OK!!! and proceeded to closed the window in my face. WOW!!!! I said, Before she closed the window, I asked what is your name? She could probably tell by the bewildered look on my face that I was in shock. She then said she was sorry and that the cashier was slow. and said I am sorry. I have probably written maybe 3 BAD reviews in my life, b/c now a days you just do not EXPECT to get good customer service unless you go to Chic-Fil-A ( which ALWAYS has wonderful customer service).
