My best friend and I went through the drive thru last night to get a bite to eat before we went to door dash. Problem #1: The guy taking orders obviously has a deafness problem, because he had to get us to repeat EVERY SINGLE THING WE WANTED!! Problem #2: (Warning, yes, it gets worse) We get to the window and he tells us that he didn’t hear the order, so we proceeded to tell him again. I guess he was just verifying our order, because it was there in front of him. One of us ordered onions on our burger and I asked for no onions… Here’s where Problem 3 comes in: My friend proceeds to dole out our food, checking the burgers to see which one has onions and which one doesn’t…they BOTH have no onions! I proceed to take a bite, and lo, and behold there’s a string with the bite I took…it wasn’t a string, but rather a HAIR!!! I took the hair in one hand and the burger in my other hand, and I asked for a manager. I wasn’t rude yet, and told her that I found a hair in my burger and would like a replacement or my friend’s money back. This is where it gets ugly…the ignorant Spanish speaking manager proceeds to tell her crew why I was complaining, not realizing that I knew and spoke Spanish myself, and I knew she was talking about me. After arguing about the hair not belonging to any of their crew or herself, she calls her manager and tells her in Spanish again, what happened and then hangs up the phone and writes the manager’s name and number on a piece of paper and tells me to call her in the morning to get my refund. I’m furious at this point, so I call the number immediately and tell her what happened, and she tells me that she has the day off (Today, 1/26/24)…if I had returned there today, I wouldn’t have even been able to tell HER what happened! I told her that I wasn’t going to return to get my money or the burger replaced TOMORROW. I wanted resolution to the problems right then. She told me that the manager on duty called her and explained what happened. I asked her what was going to happen to take care of the situation. I reluctantly asked for a replacement of the burger. So then, I walked back in the restaurant and told the manager that I spoke to her boss and she told me to tell her to make another burger. So another burger was made, and this is where I used my Spanish, surprising the hell out of her, asking “sin cebollas, por favor!” to the cook. The shock was real apparent on her face then…she hands me the burger and tells me to check it out to make sure it wasn’t wrong and had no hair in it…no hair was in it, so I left. I hope this manager gets disciplined for her very poor attitude and lack or professional courtesy.
I wouldn’t refer anyone to this poor and critical excuse of a manager and crew at this BK where I’m supposed to “have it my way, I RULE!” I wish I could leave 0 stars!!
DONT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT!! I can’t recommend anything down below on this review,...
Read moreAt the drive thru window I ordered 2 breakfast meals. I ordered a # 1 and upgrade the drink to a medium dr pepper and a # 7 (I believe it is - a double sausage croissant) and upgrade to a large dr pepper. The associate didn't repeat my order back at the drive thru, my order wasn't on the screen (so I couldn't verify if it was correct or not) and the associate didn't tell me my total at the drive thru. The assoicate at the drive thru said, "Pull up to the second window" so I did. When I got to the window the associate (a girl - she never gave me her name) told me that would be $10.80. I thought that was cheap for what I ordered but I gave her my card. Then when she handed me one drink (the large dr pepper) and one meal I told her I ordered 2 meals and 2 drinks. She said no you didn't and printed the receipt and gave it to me then told me if I wanted to ordered something else I had to drive back through the drive thru again. I told her no you didn't hear me at the window I ordered then she closed the window on me when I was talking and turned her back. She was extremely rude and didn't once listen to me ... instead she argued with me. She didn't even try to make it right ... this ruined my morning. I was ordering breakfast for my boyfriend and myself before he went to work. He got his breakfast (but I don't think he got the double sausage croissant he wanted - that was supposed to be for him) I gave him whatever the girl gave me. But I didn't get my breakfast. I didn't want to cook anything for me for breakfast but now I have to. I always drink a dr. pepper every morning instead of coffee (so does my boy friend) I don't have any dr. pepper at home. I'm extremely still very upset with your associate ... very poor customer service. You need to have someone more friendly and more polite at the window. Your restaurant should also repeat ordered back at the drive thru and show it on the screen to give the customers a chance to review their order. If I can help it I won't be returning back to your restaurant any time soon because of this one associate. I went to Burger King store # 19651 on Ross....
Read moreI see they use Door Dash for delivery, which means if it's missing something, that's your problem and not theirs. So, I hate Door Dash for other issues. My issue here is with the restaurant and the app. Who's checking the orders before they leave. I know the dashers can't check the order, but who checks at the restaurants? Then the store doesn't answer the phone or it doesn't work because you can't get anyone. Ordering delivery through the app doesn't mean I don't want a quality experience. I paid for extra vegetables and didn't get that. I ordered 2 kids' meals and neither had toys, which is a disaster for kids who like the food but want the toys really, also not worth the extra money they charge you for the toy option anyway. They left off the baby's chicken nuggets and put the cold apple juice on top of the hot fries that weren't hot after that. Then, when you contact customer service thru the app, you have to wait for 2-3 business days for them to contact you back about your missing items? How about a refund because you didn't give me what I paid for? I'm beginning to be so over these restaurants not honoring what's paid for. This isn't a free service. We actually pay money to get this, so just give us what we pay for!! And get your people in the stores to quality check...
