After my experience today, I no longer will entertain the topic that downtown eateries matter. After searching for a parking space, I located a garage that posted validation for restaurant patrons who visited less than 2 hours. Perfect. I made my way into the line that moved reasonably quickly, even considering it was lunch hour. Here I am excited. I approached the counter and noticed the line came to a hault when the customer prior to me requested beans and was rudely informed, there were no beans. She politely asked how long it would be and if she could wait, however, the person preparing her order stared at her, providing no response, as if her request was obsurd. Yikes. Another person had to leave the line of cooks in the back to let her know, they would be ready in two minutes. She stepped aside and waited. I, who considered requesting beans as well, decided against it as I didn't want to be met with the same rude service. I moved along to finish my order and pay a little over $17 for a chicken bowl and fountain drink. Whoa. Inflation, is that you? I grabbed my sweet tea, which tasted as if it was mislabled because it was unsweet. No biggie.I found a table, and sat for about 15 minutes. Packed my remaining food, and left the establishment. Upon leaving the garage, I was prompted to pay $5 for a visit that was less than 30 min total. So there we have a $22 lunch run, that felt rushed and rude. In hindsight, perhaps I neglected to remember to request validation due to someone else being treated as if they were asking for too much. As someone who works downtown, I will be exercising my remote option more frequently as I dare say, working downtown, overally, simply...

I love chipotle and go quite often, however I’ve never been to this location and it’s hands down the worst chipotle I’ve ever been. First time I went, I ordered in store and they didn’t have guacamole, I mean, how are you out of it with a nearly empty restaurant, around 3PM, plus it’s chipotle, how? Well, I didn’t mind then and ate my bowl. Next time I ordered on my phone. I usually wait 20 mins before picking it up. Ordered at 2:10 and got there at 2:30. Mind you, nearly empty, 3 people in line and a hand full sitting. I went in and asked for my order to which the employee told me that it wasn’t ready. 10 mins passed and she said we are waiting on the guacamole since we ran out, yep you’re reading it right, again empty place, not even closing time and no madre foca guacamole. I thought it has been 10 mins and maybe it will be ready. Another 5 mins passed and asked about it, they said it would be 10 more mins and then I lost my patience told them to give it to me without it and left. Horrible customer service and no communication. Someone before me freak the duck out and I thought he was having a bad day but no, I totally understand why he freak...

I have been coming to this location for the past year, every Monday-Thursday. During my visit today I politely asked the chipotle team member that was preparing my veggie bowl for extra rice BEFORE he placed the black beans on top of the brown rice. He ignored my request and placed the black beans on top of the initial scoop of rice and then proceeded to pour more rice on top of the black beans. I kindly expressed to him that I do not and will not pay for that bowl and he begin preparing a new one. Once he completed my order another chipotle team member, he identified himself as Gustavo the General Manager, walked over to us to express his frustration about the initial bowl. I communicated to the GM how I kindly asked the person preparing my bowl 3 times to please add more beans before the rice. The GM then rudely voiced how he believed it was my fault and rudely asked me to hurry up to checkout and leave his store. I’m hurt & disappointed because I loved this location before ever meeting/seeing the General Manager Gustavo at...

I enjoy the salads from Chipolte, especially the fajita veggies. When possible, I just order my meal at the counter so I can watch them make it and then I can see the ingredients and specify if I want less or more. They really need a very vivacious point person with a happy personality (which I gave not seen) to heighten the mood and connect with customers. There is definitely a lack of smiles and cheer amongst the employees. I have also seen them get very hyper when whipping together on-line orders and trashing their prep area in the process. The food has always been to standard (at least for me) and the staff is not bad, but they are not cheerful (which I'm sure would lead to much better reviews). I applaud the company for having quality sourced ingredients and tasty meals, but in order to get 5 stars they have some things to improve upon.

The owner must not know what is going on with this store. I’m a business owner and I would be appalled if any of these team members were on my team. I usually don’t post stuff like this… But my friends and I walked into Chipotle at 9:50 PM (they close at 11). Every station was basically packed up. The team had already shut down the line. 2 out of the meats was available, it was old and dry. Sour cream wasn’t available. Brown rice and white rice was disgusting and they wouldn’t let us eat inside. I get it—no one likes late customers. But imagine clocking out 1 hour an 10 minutes early in any other job. This isn’t just laziness. It’s a total disregard for work ethic. It’s wild how low the bar has dropped. I was sitting outside and they lost 5 customers while we were there.

One of the best ambience for a chipotle set up. The food is regular but the staff was exceptionally quick They offered to talk about the newest line of chicken rhey were serving I felt it was very good for a downtown level of food chain, they ran out of white rice but they were quixk to refill and I like the fact that ot had a pretty specious set up I also am very found of their bowl which justified this place The only draw back was they did not have a parking spot Hence only one of us can go in and get for both, but given this is downtown maybe it is expected I will visit this chipotle again for sure give it is very close to my place like less than 2 miles
