I’ve been a loyal Chipotle customer for years, often eating there 4-5 times a week before moving to Hawaii. On a recent visit to Dallas, I stopped by this location around 7 PM on a weeknight while running errands, and it was the most disappointing experience I’ve ever had at Chipotle.
First, the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. The drink station was littered with trash, and there were no napkins available. I had to go back to the register just to ask for some. Then, when I looked for a place to sit, every single booth was dirty except for one that was already occupied. There was food and trash left on the tables, and even the chairs were filthy. Out of the remaining tables, maybe three or four were usable, but they weren’t exactly clean either.
To make matters worse, the steak in my bowl was cold. At 7 PM on a weeknight, during what I’d assume is still a busy time, I expected fresh, warm food—not something that seemed like it had been sitting out for a while.
This location clearly needs better management and a stronger focus on cleanliness, food quality, and customer experience. As someone who has always loved Chipotle, this visit left a bad impression. I hope the management steps in to address these issues, as this level of service and cleanliness is far below what I’ve come to expect...
Read moreThis place is the greediest place I have ever seen before in my life, they hoard the ingredients while they smile at you while theyre making your inadequately proportioned items off the menu, the worse is the burrito bowl, they act like they are rationing for the apocolypse or like its a bread line in the great depression, they have a chance to give you enough but they prefer to keep you begging for more, and when you do finally have the audacity to say Hey, please A little more when you catch them giving you a half a spoonfull of something and they purposefully go so fast so that they couldnt be able to even balance a loaded spoonfull anyways, by design for thier greedy & selfish style of serving, & to top it off they always threaten that they are gonna charge you extra, were gonna charge you extra ! FINE! just slow down & make my order with some love, yes i know theres a line there, so were all in a big big hurry, i know. but trust this Chipotle please note it would be good business that everyone would like a little extra few seconds where the server is trying to make thier order neat instead of hurried like they do, think about it management change your tactics, stop charging extra for a little more & making it a speed serving challenge...
Read moreI placed an order for pick up through the app. I arrived to the store prior to my order being ready and waited. When my order was placed on the shelf I picked it up & left. I live a block away. I arrived home and My food was COLD. The chicken was cold & undercooked. Most pieces of the chicken were fat, like someone cut it off the chicken and forgot to throw it away. It was disgusting. The chicken in my second taco had absolutely no flavor, cold & very bland. Next, the queso is typically pretty good at Chipotle, however the cup gave to me so extremely lumpy & had no flavor. I didn’t even want to eat it because of how lumpy it was…on top of that the cheese was cold. The cup it was in was cold. I also ordered 2 salsas & an extra bag of chips, which didn’t make it into my order. Overall this was a terrible experience & a waste of my money.
