The experience was absolutely terrible . The girl w braids who was working in the front had a very bad attitude and service was terrible. She wasnāt just talking to the customers with an attitude but her coworker as well . So I was trying to use my app to place my order and I was new to using the app . It was taking me some time to figure it out and she deliberately kept telling me what to do but not in a helpful way . She was more so talking to me like a child . So at that Point I told her I donāt want to use the app. I just want to order . She was still insisting I use the app and still was talking at me not guiding me or showing me exactly what I needed to do she was extremely rude and I told her before I wanted to skip the app and just order . So once again I said let me just order I donāt want to use this app itās too much and I had things to do . Soooo I didnāt leave a tip because I didnāt like how she was talking to me or her attitude so I just hit no tip and I signed . So she had the audacity to put the tip sign back up and these were the words that came out her mouth ā you need to finish this part love ā. I said I already finished that thereās no need for me to go back and do it again . Clearly she seen I didnāt tip her and she tried to get me to tip anyways because she seen I didnāt . WHICH IS Ridiculous! Iām not tipping anybody who gives bad service . So another customer came in having trouble with the app and she talked to him the same exact way . she at least needs to be corrected on how she talks and handles customers . You donāt talk to grown adults like children and not help them with simple things because āthey may not understand how the app works ā . If she had a attitude and didnāt want to come to work she shouldnāt have came or she couldāve left that at home . This also reflects on the manager and the type of people the manager is hiring . The girl who took my order was very polite, the guy that was making the smoothies was real rude. I guess he was catching a cold,. Since he was sneezing and coughing. When I asked if someone else can my drinks(do to the fact that he was sneezing covering his mouth and not washing them before grabbing the fruit). He said no.. that he had already made them . which he had not. I asked to speak with the manager, and he said that he was the guy in charge for the time being, since the manager had stepped out. I was so angry l, that I did not want the kids to see that I was upset. So therefore I grabbed the drinks and threw them on the trash. I was not about to get all my family sick. After we left, we went to smoothie King and everyone was happy. I paid decent amount of money so we can enjoy jamba juice. It was a terrible experience. However, I visited yesterday afternoon at around 2-2:15 pm July 30, 2025 and OMG the white young lady that was there treated me with such a nasty attitude and disdain, she did not even say hello, not even a good afternoon, no welcoming whatsoever even after I asked her how she was doing. I was the only customer there. I felt so uncomfortable and on top of that the smoothie came out horrible. Worst tasting smoothie ever! How can you mess up the Apples and Greens smoothie, it's not even that many ingredients? Will stop going to Jamba juice and from now on will only focus on Smoothie King. You lost a client. You need better hiring practices and training. Your staff is mediocre.
