Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Dallas

Had the worst experience here ever. Placed a mobile order at 6pm and it said 15-25 mins for delivery. The app threw an error message when I entered in my CC info, so I called in after I placed the order to give it to them over the phone. When I spoke with them, they also said it’d be 2 hours for delivery, so I changed it to pick-up because it’d be only 45 mins (at 6:45p).

Got to the store at 7p and they said they were running behind so it’d be another 15 mins. My boyfriend and I were so hungry (we had just got done moving in and spent the entire day unpacking), that we drove to get a snack while we waited.

When we came back 20 mins later, they once again couldn’t find my order. We explained the situation, then some a**hole named Jason behind the counter shouted back that they have 150 orders they’re filling (not my problem) and we must be mistaken because they don’t have our order. I shouted the order number back to him, and he said I must’ve called it into a different Dominos. I then showed them my email confirmation and they started making it so I sat in the store and waited for 30 mins (while writing this review, haha).

There was one guy (didn’t catch his name) that was helpful and voided my payment, but unfortunately it didn’t make up for the miserable experience.

If you’re thinking about ordering from here, I’d highly recommend Pizza Hut down the street instead. That’s my usual go-to and this type of thing...

I called to order a pizza and was asked my address and was told that I need to contact the Dominos on Riverfront. I called them and he explained he didn’t know why they would say his store when the dominoes that I needed was 1.1 miles away and would only take 6 minutes to get to if delivered or picked up. So I was redirected back to the Dominos on Oaklawn and spoke with the Mgr Marybelle. I explained to her what happened and so she asked me for the address again and stated that I had the correct store. She was rude and was rushing me as I placed my order. So I placed my order and was told that it would take 1hoiur 30mins for delivery (now remember I’m only 6mins away)!!! So I asked her to specifically to be sure they add enough cinnamon and sugar on the cinnamon twister and she said that they only do a certain amount but she will. The FOOD was awful the cinnamon buns was dry and the chicken Alfredo was dry and NOT saucy at all and as for Marybelle she need to let someone else manage because she gives dominos a bad name!! I spent 18.00(food/delivery) the WORST DOMINOS I ever had. You would think with the long delivery time that the food would of been just great/hot!!. Pizza is good. Went downstairs when the delivery map said the pizza should be there. I waited about 6 minutes as the ETA kept getting pushed back. I never saw a car on the map even tho I received a text saying “Alexis, is on the way at 6:33. I finally called the store and she’s about my delivery. The guy I spoke to put me on hold as he tracked the order, came back and said she is 5 blocks away and should be there in 10 minutes. (I live less than 5 minutes from the store btw). I went back up stairs and serval minutes later looked at the little map and suddenly a car appears on the screen at the store and started making its way. Here's the deal, I understand computer glitches, bad corporate online websites, and even random human mistakes. I would’ve accepted, so sorry we totally missed this one, I’ll have her on her way in 3 minutes with a little something extra.
