Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Dallas

This place is so unprofessional. The other day me and my friend ordered pizzas in two different orders and once we arrived to pick it up only one of the orders was there. We asked the employee and she told us that we picked it up when we didn’t so she said she’d check the cameras. When she came back she said she remake the pizzas but wouldn’t give us our drink. So I asked if there was a manager or number I could talk to. And she proceeded to call the manager and tell him to meet us when he arrived. I told him the same issue and how I’d like the drink I ordered and paid for or a refund for it and he said he would not give us either because he already lost money. When I told him it’s not our faults and we weren’t the ones who picked it up. He continued a rant saying “it’s not my fault” “you must’ve sent someone” when I told him I’m not saying it’s your fault and asked again if he could check the cameras and tell me who took it and how. He told me No because he’s wasting time and said he just didn’t want to. I kept on asking for solutions while he kept going in circles so I just left without the drink I paid for. Never ordering here again since they can’t be bothered to do their job. P.S. more people came complaining about orders being wrong and stuff being forgotten. I came Wednesday night, arrived at 9:42 and tried ordering a thin crust, when I did the young lady in the front (poorly dressed, with her hair down, wearing sweats and a shirt that’s not part of the uniform) told me that they could only give me regular pepperoni because they were about to close. Once I told her there was 15 mins till closing she rolled her eyes and placed the order. After that she went to the back and started speaking spanish with the prep guy and was talking horrible things thinking I wouldn’t understand her. I’m so disappointed. Also I went back to my car to wait on the pizza and she turned off the open sign at 9:49. So...

I ordered a customized pizza: half Hula Hawaiian and half Pepperoni with stuffed crust (not something they'd already have ready). They took exactly 15 minutes to give me my pizza after I ordered it, I consider that acceptable timing. The staff was very polite, the place was clean and even though they just opened, they did well in keeping organized the orders. The pizza was good, ingredients spread out evenly and slices were nice and straight. The one bad thing is they haven't gotten their online ordering working yet and their phone number doesn't work either so I couldn't...
