Stay away from this location if you can, these people are rude and slow, 3 different occasions ive dealt with thier lack of customer ability, the latest being Thursday night around 11 pm... I pulled up to the speaker after placing an order for only a drink on the mobile app, no one greeted me on speaker, no be right with you, no computerized greeting, just silence... after waiting a few minutes I decided since all i ordered was a drink and obviously they must be busy Id pull around and tell them face to face, but to my amazement I discovered no one in line. The person at the window didn't speak English, when i informed her i had a mobile order, instead she called out to the MOD a large mean looking woman in her 60s who did not look at me or offer assistance in any way but instead in Spanish rudely and animatly told the"CSR" to order me go back to the speaker and give them my code. I told the person it was only drink to which she replied "so" Rather than object to thier rudeness or subject myself to a manager who no doubt lacked training to deal with customers I decided to leave without my drink, I'd rather sacrifice a few bucks and go somewhere where customers actually matter! Something is missing from fast food restaurants lately, their prices are outrageously high, but qualified management with people skill isn't a priority, lack of staff to deal with mobile and app orders isnt a priority, and customer friendly training takes a back seat to unskilled tyrant managers who are in over thier head and respond...
Read moreI had the worst experience here at this location the worst my order was wrong and they wanted to charge me for every little thing even my sauces and when I went thru the drive thru again to get my order fixed they had me go to a whole other window #2 to wait and I sat there for 10 Mins as I watched about 3 other cars get there food and drive around me so I had to get off the car and go up to the window and the manager wanted to argue with me and go thru my bag of food and started saying all this for 3.00! I kept saying just give me a refund and she kept trying to argue over me and was mad that I had bitten into my burger and so did my husband when we realized the burger was wrong , I just couldn’t believe that she would argue with me and not just give me my money back I was livid and very very disappointed in the level of customer service that was given to me.
Best advice I would give is if your making a complaint on here get on McDonald’s website and complain to corporate that’s what I did ... They end up responding but the squeaky wheel always gets fixed and McDonald’s corporate needs to know about how horrible the night business also the night manager is so unprofessional something needs to change there are people who actually want to work and will be grateful and...
Read moreI have visited this McDonald's several times now. Not once has my order been correct. It is always something. They forget the cheese on a cheeseburger, or add sauces to a plain and dry burger, etc. I will be very surprised if I ever get an order 100 percent correct. I am not going to wait for that to happen though. I've also noticed that they constantly feel free to upgrade the drinks on the Happy Meals we order. Happy Meals come with a tiny soda, which is ok, but they upgrade them and charge me extra. I never tell them to upgrade my drink. I've constantly complained about it. It is not that much price wise, but it's not the point. I just want to get the Happy Meals with the small happy meal drink. They shouldn't take the liberties of upgrading my drinks on their own. Just give me what I order. Once they got upset that I asked for my receipt and once again noticed upcharges I didn't ask for. I told them about it and they started being rude to me and talking in Spanish to each other that I was crying about money. I recently pointed it out to another employee and I thought from here on out perhaps they'll stop adding upcharges. Nope. They did it again. I'll never go to a McDonald's again.
